Absolutely loved this place. Great location, great use of space, quite the luxurious feeling for a very good price. In addition, the management was great, friendly and very responsive.

Bus stop was 550m away. Little difficult with luggage and cold weather. But it is okay. I don't think it is a big disadvantage as it is anyhow less than a km.

The interiors were too good. Was peaceful with river view. The accomodation has everything like washing machine to dishwasher inside the room itself.

There was central heating that couldn’t be turned down and in the evenings it got quite hot.

Perfect spot for 2 couples. Quiet spot, 15 min walk into town. Definitely recommend this place.

The air con didn’t work. They said they would fix it the second day of our stay but never did so it made for a hot few nights of sleep.

The unit was a great size, the terrace fantastic, and the location was nice and quiet. We had bikes so appreciated the bike corral in the parking area and the easy access to the center of town. The in unit washer and dryer was very helpful.

Pillows were super soft, the sliding door was initially a bit tricky to work out and we found it hard to work out how to adjust the heating. Check in process was slightly confusing with different information coming from booking.com and the hotel (but the lady at reception was super helpful in clarifying).

Lovely well appointed apartment with full kitchen (including oven), tea and coffee making facilities, washer and dryer. Nice walk along the river to town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We liked everything. Code is sent via SMS, it provides access to building and parking area, then in the apartment. Code is „room number“, then „enter“( bottom right), then 6 digits sequence. To enter the room only the 6 digit code is needed. Everything is explained and easy to follow unless you‘re tired and impatient as I was.

Everything, we will be back for sure and I already recommended the apartment to friends and colleagues from Regensburg for when they have others visiting. Very convenient, all you need is in the apartment. It is spot on clean and comfortable. It is situated in a quiet area, 20 min walk to city center, 10 to shopping center. Truly one of our best stays in Regensburg. And many thanks to the staff for their support, most helpful!

The only thing I did not like was the couch in the living area that went into a bed , it was very hard and not comfortable at all . The main bed in the bedroom was very comfortable though.

The location was great , the bathroom is nice and big . Lots of room in the kitchen and had everything we needed to prepare a nice dinner.

The apartment was on the ground floor and did not have air conditioning. Though it had a fan it was not very effective on a hot summer day or night. We had the window open but unfortunately a young child may have been ill and was often crying. The apartment can’t help such a situation (and neither can the poor parents) but it may be useful information for someone. During most of the year it wouldn’t be a problem. The garbage was organized per German standards (but there was no BioTonne container downstairs). We did notice one outside the door as we left but we were unaware of it when we brought the garbage down at the end of our stay. We also had problems with hooking up to the WLAN. One needed to input one’s email an get the password but this didn’t work for us (on either of our plans). Since the reception on our phones was difficult in our ground floor apartment, we had difficulty reaching the phone number for “urgent matters.” We did finally reach it and were able to obtain the password but it took some time and was frustrating (as this is usually a very simple matter). One small matter: there was no soap cartouche in the shower.

The apartment was very nice and very modern. It is in a very nice location and easy walking distance to the amenities of the town. The apartment had lots of kitchen conveniences (dishwasher, induction stove). There was a pot that boiled hot water quickly as well as a coffee maker (with pods). We bring our own coffee fixings so we didn’t need these extras but many travelers may. The bathroom was large and had a washer and dryer (which we didn’t use during our short stay). The shower has a number of settings and ready access to warm water. The lighting is very nice and centrally controlled. One is able to access many channels (many German and some English). There were ample storage space (closets and drawers). There was also a very pleasant patio area.

That was my best choice in Regensburg so far! We loved it: the totally new facilities, the location, the apartment! The design was fresh, modern, you could find everything there for even a longer stay, but it was perfect for our short stay too! We got a free upgrade as well, which made the experience even more wonderful with a bigger balcony and with the built-in sauna! I just really really recommend the place! We will get back there definitely!
