The fact that the reception is only open 7 am to 7 pm; however, the staff will always find a way to accommodate for different needs, so it does not constitute much of an issue

It could perhaps be just a little bit cleaner - a couple of spots had been missed when it was cleaned before. Except for this, everything was perfect!

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like

We were very surprised and delighted by our stay here. The hotel is part of a beautiful church. The staff was outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The breakfast was superb. Our room was huge compared to most other European hotels. We loved talking with the staff and the guests. We highly recommend this hotel to stay at and if ever we are in Leipzig, we will definitely stay here.

The location is okay, around 25 minutes from Hauptbanhof by tram. The area is a bit alternative and has several restaurants. Breakfast was nice. The room had everything necessary and was very clean and comfortable.

In summer, there is no AC and can be a little too hot.

I was in a room in the roof with window blinds which did not make the room completely dark as night, which I would have preferred.

The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a great choice and was high quality. Location is great, quiet, direct on canal and close to public transport. Rooms modern and well equiped.

Make sure that you dont forget anything in the room before you leave. I forgot sth and it was immediately thrown away despite me asking to keep it until the next time I come in a few days :(

Super Breakfast with large variety and options, fresh and delicious. Nice area, calm and with access to parking, shops, and public transportations. 40-50 min walk to downtown but very pleasant and you can rent bikes and get to the center in 10 min.

Location was just a little bit far from city, there was a tram strike so it was an hour walk from the train station. You did have shops, bars and tram service all within a short walk

The bed was a BIT hard for my taste, but everyone has different taste when it comes to mattress firmness.

We've been to Leipzig many times, but never to this part of the city. It's a fairly quick tram ride to the main train station. The hotel rooms are lovely and quite large. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. It's spacious yet cozy place. As we were there on a holiday (everything, and I mean everything, was closed!) we enjoyed the honor pantry with snacks and cold drinks for our room. The breakfast was especially sumptuous, with a tray of vegan offerings to go with the brotchen warm from their oven. If you are in town for a concert at the Philippus Church (as we were) you should DEFINITELY stay here!

The only things that I have encountered is slightly slow Wi-Fi and the fact that the reception starts working at 7. It would be flawless, if they had night shifts there.

The location is neat, the rooms are quite spacious and they even offer you a variety of different teas and coffee with a teapot in your room. The key-cards are not magnetic, so they will never suddenly stop working.
