Having to leave the house to go over to the other house to go to the spa area.

Exceptional location right at the beach! The hotel restaurant is very good and breakfast is served until 11.30am. Great choice of drinks and food for breakfast. Our room had a huge balcony with a hooded beach chair.

Restaurant is a bit pricey, the room was smelling a bit like it hadn’t be used for a while (which is ok since we came in the winter).

Location is good, the hotel has a great atmosphere, breakfast is decent, restaurant is good in terms of service but one could hope more (local) fish to be available, spa is good.

Lack of room service, no beverage or water in the room. No easy food menu (like burger, meatballs or sausage) only high en food.

I loved the style, location, comfort, view from my room. SPA was also very nice. The mattress and pillows extremely comfortable. I loved the helpfulness of the personal. Everything was just great!

Nothing at all

Everything was just perfect 👍🏻 Nothing to complain about. What an excellent weekend ☀️😎 We had a Junior Suite. The best room you can choose to sit with the family on the balcony. We had an excellent room service food delivery, 5 star meals 👌🏻 We‘re definitely coming back as soon as possible

the Spa & Wellness area is rather small and only offers Sauna. Understand, however, that a pool will be opened soon.

The entire trip was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is amazing, high quality food, the staff extremely friendly.

The bed was a little too soft for me, personally. The smoke detector apparently was out for service, leaving an empty bracket on the ceiling. Our room was facing to the East, so the hot summer sun was warming up the room pretty quickly. But this made us go to the breakfast room sooner, which was not a bad decision at all.

Great value for the money! The room was ultra-quiet, nice furniture in a good condition. A rich breakfast in a perfect environment, with a very nice view to the beach right in front of the terrace. Lots of friendly faces in the hotel made us feel other guests were as happy about this location as we were. Very helpful and friendly staff made this a perfect stay!

not enough amenities at the suite. just 2 towels, we had to ask for robes which you normally get in a suite.

The service in the room could have been better....no opportunity to make tea, coffee capsules not always replaced, only one bathrobe which then vanished during our stay so we had none left. Also, what the restaurant advertises as bouillabaise is really a standard and rather boring (clear) German fish soup and should be relabelled accordingly.

Beautiful sea view if one has one of the apartments with a balcony out to the sea side, location could truly not be better as it is directly on the sea. Also a lovely old building. Good breakfast buffet.

Considering we visited out of season - the stay was more expensive than expected.

This hotel has a fantastic view. It is directly on the beach. The breakfast was fantastic and catered for those that do not eat meat or dairy. I will definitely be staying again.

Some dust is still on the table and the coffee machine. The breakfast menu maybe can be made varied each day.

Everything went well for us: location, breakfast, the room, especially with the balcony and seaside view.

The shower took about 10-15 minutes before the temperature of the water was reasonable warm. What a waste of water overall before you can take a proper shower. Overall the room was ok, nothing special. The room could have been furnished with much more ambiance and warmth; There were no complementary toileteries at all in the bathroom; the coffee corner was basic. Unfortunately no 5 star experience at all. 4 star at the best. Also no EV charging facilties at the hotel.

The breakfast and service of the staff was very good. The choices were excellent. Also the food and service at the hotel restaurant was very good. The checkin procedure was ok, but no porter services:((
