Perfect location across from the train station. Charming, comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Nice hotel to walk to the main part of the city. Good breakfast.

I would have liked an iron and ironing boarded. But there isn't anything else to complain about.

Great location - directly across from the Hbf. The room was bigger than expected - spacious for single overnighter. The room was quiet and clean. There was even a Illy coffee maker in the room for a morning coffee - perfect if you only eat a light breakfast.

We weren’t aware that breakfast was an extra cost which was a surprise at check out- this wasn’t clear at booking or check in. We took advantage of a special offer- not sure we could afford to stay for a week if we hadn’t had this.

Superb location near the railway station but quiet. Stylish interior based on railway travel which we liked especially in the restaurant. Quality finishes throughout with good rooms and cleverly designed bathrooms- great to have a Bath not just a shower when on holiday. Superb buffet breakfast efficiently managed so we were never waiting for food or coffee. No waiting for lifts either- the whole atmosphere was calm and efficient.

The room was very spacious, the location is great to explore Leipzig by foot and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

The bed was a little uncomfortable - due to it being quite hard.

The location of the property was very good. It was close to both Hauptbahnhof and the city center. The modern style and the beautiful colors of the hotel also. The complimentary of the bottle of sparkling water was a nice touch. A kettle would be good too as it usually happens in four star hotels.

Due to the crowd you feel like you have to finish your breakfast as soon as possible and leave the premise as there are people waiting for their breakfast.

The breakfast was rich and tasteful. Also the breakfast hall was in Orient Express ambiance which was lovely. People in the reception was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a quite small (we had a standard room).

The location next to the station in the middle of the town is great. The rooms are quiet nonetheless. To most amazing feature was the breakfast buffet which was gigantic with a lot of choice at a very very good rate.

Beautiful designed room but I found the bathroom in the room quite dangerous. Slippery floor and as I am getting older it becomes more difficult to take a shower that is above a bath.

It's situation. Very handy when you come by train. Very close to all the interesting places in Leipzig.

The staff did not have great English, and my German is nonexistent, which was amusing at times as we mimed and pointed. But that's my bad, not theirs. The bathroom was a bit tight for two.

Nothing to improve drastically. Maybe few details can became even better (for example quality of certain products at breakfast). But no complains!

The hotel is classy and perfectly located. Very friendly staff and good facilities. Nice sauna. Good breakfast. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

The bathroom for a suite was small (bath tub shower). However, enjoyed the access to the bath rooms from 2 sides. There were no USB plug - and in today's technology age that is surprising.

The location of the hotel and the hotel room was as expected when I made the reservation. Quick access to the city for dinner or drinks. Friendly staff and very clean. Enjoyed the access to the bath rooms from 2 sides.
