It was very well prepared and had great diversity, let's say a lot of choices and of course tasty food. People are very friendly, I got a room almost 2 hours earlier than my check-in time, and that was great.

I received room 111 which is located near the hallway entrance. And starting from 6 am you could hear the entrance door slamming. It was pretty loud, and a lot of activity!

The Room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was cold when I arrived and it took a long time for the small radiator to heat it up. Breakfast was expensive (Eu17). The walk from to/from Moosfeld metro is through a red light/strip club area, which may not be ideal for everyone (although it never felt unsafe)

Nice big comfy rooms, convenient for the Conference centre (10 min walk to Moosfeld metro, then 1-2 stops, Eu1.90/trip). Good value and efficient, friendly staff.

The outlet in the shower doesn't work properly.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are big and comfy, located close to subway. Pets are allowed.

Not particularly essential, but could have been booked at a quieter area as the room allotted was close to the main door of the floor in use by guests frequently.

Our rooms that we wanted to be close were very far from each other...even on different floors. We switched rooms with my son. It was because he was originally given a double bed (room 141) and Our bed looked like a single (room 276 I think). If not it was not a single bed...it was very small. So, me and my husband took 141. The side of the bed I used seemed worn...like I was in a hole. It was OK, but I have a bad back, so I feel it more. The halls have no windows so it felt closed, like in a maze. Other than that. All was fine.

Location is close to the underground public transportation. Everything was clean and orderly. Staff wete friendly and helpful.

This is a budget-friendly hotel that pleasantly surprised me with its comprehensive amenities. Despite its distance from the city, accessibility was not an issue, thanks to convenient public transportation options. You can reach there in 30 minutes from Hauptbahnhof. First take U2 train (underground train) from Munich Haupt bahnhof , get down at Moosfeld from there if you walk it will take around 15-20 mins, if you take an electric bike like bolt/tier it will take hardly 5 mins. Usually there will be a lot of bikes available at the station premises. First and last day you can travel in uber with your luggages ( ~6 euros)

A bit far from the center around 15 min walk to the metro followed by a 30 min ride to reach the tourist areas. Not so clean if you look close a bit dusty and I saw a cockroach also.

Quite and good for work, nice rooms, exceptionally nice breakfast variable and tasty, comfy bed and nice bathroom.

I was expecting a swimming pool or indoor sports like Table tennis, snooker or something similar in a 4 star property.

Room was good, equipped with TV, good internet water kettle to make a cup of coffee and breakfast was also good. Comparing to the other hotel I stayed next day, it was much better in terms of cost and facilities.

There is nothing near you. You need to get a car to get to nearest grocery

they gave us a room with small kitchen (I was happy for that) but the refrigerator wasn't working (I'm sad) the staff was helpful and friendly

15-20 minutes walk from the public railway transport. Also there are no general stores/markets/restaurants near the hotel. It is not the hotel's fault but just to inform people.
