Room is small but well laid out, reception screens with avatars is a useless gimmick but the receptionist in person was very helpful. Hotel parking was fully booked but Vincent car park 200 meters away and less expensive, so a better choice.

- There’s a weird set up with the parking downstairs. It’s not clear at first that it’s not a part of the property, but thankfully the host let us know it’s super expensive (75€ / day). Lost 7 euros either way. - Room is too hot even with the AC on. The bed is also extremely tall. - Self check in is a bit dystopian

The self check-in kiosk was very annoying as noted by ourselves and several groups trying to check in around the same time. It has no explanation about the city tourist tax which is added to the bill automatically. Then, it restarted after 20 seconds of inactivity while we were wondering why the bill didn't match. PS: the city tax is obligatory, not an issue from the hotel, but the computer should at least explaining. It's always better to talk to a real person.

The location is perfect to visit the Spas and city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The fitness center was handy. There are lockers to store the luggage after check out. The breakfast buffet was good.

Too hot in the room and no possibility to reduce the temperature during the night. Self-registration is a bad evolution which I do not like. You want a real person in front of you after a long trip, not a computer.

The electronic check-in arrangement is farcical. The reception staff were patient, charming and excellent at their jobs and more than capable of checking us in a friendly and efficient way. Instead the hotel company policy required us to use one of the electronic check-in terminal, which was over complex and failed to work a number of times. Despite there being 3 such terminals, queues formed because everyone found them difficult to use, causing completely unnecessary stress, frustration and dissatisfaction. Please use the fantastic staff that you have rather than trying to replace them with a machine that doesn’t even work properly and starts people’s stay in a bad way.

At the reception they couldn't speak English well but they were nice. I had to struggle at the checkout that I didn't have breakfast at all! But they said you had breakfast for 2 days! But finally, it solved.

It was clean, new-built, equipped, and near the spa. Restaurants are also near. 2 of the staff were very nice.

Not a lot of French-speaking or English-speaking channels on the HUGE television, besides news channels. Would be great to have Chromecast or some movie-centric channels to drift to sleep to! A bit of an awkward path to the front door if you're coming by foot.

It is a no-brainer: in my opinion, the ideal accommodation in Baden-Baden for couples on the younger side. Great modern atmosphere and attention to detail. English and French are spoken. Thanks a lot to Isabel for helping us !

- The floors are weirdly distributed, with some rooms underground and other practically in front of the street (a very calm street but still not that nice). Not a big issue and the staff prontly helped us to change room, just keep this in mind when booking to go for higher floors.

- Position was great, in front caracalla therme, 10 minutes walk from city center, with a park right behind - The structure was modern and probably very recent, with all comfort - Well insonorized - The staff at reception was always friendly and helpful

Ventilation in the bathroom seems inadequate. I know it's the vacation period but still the price was relatively high.

Obviously a newly built hotel, with modern style design. I appreciated the bar area and the open space facing the Caracalla Spa. Within 5min walk to both of the Spa, making it a perfect option for Spa trip. Tiny gym at the top of the building. I didn't experience the service problem seen in previous comment, hopefully they're approving service quality.

The bed was slightly tight, and we would have loved to have more coffee capsules in the room.

Clean and comfortable room, walking distance from everything, close to both the old town and the forest for hikes. The hotel is fairly new and everything feels quite spotless. The gentleman manning the reception in the evenings and who was there when we arrived was absolutely lovely.
