-There is no fridge in the room! -The receptionist told us that we would have an invoice from booking.com that was not true( and we told him that this is not the right procedure),and we had to call booking.com to confirm that we were right.At the end we figured it out with the accounting department of the hotel which was perfect ( ms panzer) but the receptionist didn’t know the invoice procedure to a town with mainly business clients and we lost so much time of our day.

The pool is great, the bar and lounge on the 27th floor too. The rooms are modern. It is so close to the central train station and to the city center too and a big park is around the corner.

The breakfast will cost around 25 Euro per person, which is very high price. The room has no kettle to make your own coffee or tea. The lobby is very small. The main restaurant in the 27 floor was not open. No complimentary water bottle as other hotels. The room is very basic nothing especial.

I was in floor 26 direction city, which gave us a very nice view of Leipzig. The hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The room is very quiet.

Even though the hotel looks opulent in the lobby (it is very pretty), the room is just basic and standard. that is ok. but what really annoys me is that for the price you pay, all the rest is focused on making money. There was not even free coffee in the lobby, not in the room. I travel a lot and I do not expect free stuff from hotels. But lower budget hotels are becoming more charming by not paying attention to putting a price on absolutely everything.

The Hotel is well located, near the city center, shops, and restaurants. The room is comfortable and clean, the shower amenities are ok and the wellness area is very nice. There is a small gym with the basic elements to keep on your routine. Staff is friendly

Charging for use of the swimming pool and spa area when the room was already quite pricey seemed a bit mean. The pool and facilities are very nice, though.

We asked for, and received, a high room with a great view across Leipzig. The room was large and comfortable, with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, although not cheap. We picked the hotel as we wanted somewhere close to the railway station but nice, and were pleased. Walking into the City Centre took only a few minutes.

We were charged for the spa/ pool although we did not assist. We checked in 30 minutes before the spa/pool closed and were not even in the area.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The lobby was spacious, modern as well as peaceful and we had a lovely guest service associate that performed the check in for us. The hygiene in general was excellent.
