The hostel is next to Ostbahnhof, very easy to take public transportation. The hostel area is vibing all the time with pubs and bars. The bed is big and fits tall people.

Everything met expectations. Good to have 24hrs reception and a ladies' bedroom with a bathroom within the room. very clean too! stayed one night and wen to the airport the next day.

Wanted to speak my dorm mates but only saw them on the day of leaving which was a shame but nothing to do with overall experience Do we really have to pay for towels ?

The biggest letdown was really the room/bathroom due to small but significant things: - the shower curtain was an after thought and was placed in a way that the actual shower area was less than half of it should be - no hooks nor shelves for you to place the towel or shampoo when showering. - no way push the water that comes out of the shower area, so it stays all wet - only 2 high hooks on a bedroom of 6. Meaning, no place to hand the towel to dry. - heater control in the room - I woke up on a 24 degree day with the heater on full blast because someone in the room turned it on for some reason. A central control could avoid that. - The bunks are all metal, do expect creaking by any movement and, even if you try, is very hard to be considerate of others when you are trying to pack up things at 9am and everyone else is asleep, as loud noises are unavoidable...

The location, although away from the city centre is really cool, with lots going on on the hostels' doorstep! Staff was nice and overall it was pretty clean. Beds were also quite comfortable! They do provide Bedlinen, which is definitely a plus. The reading light with USB port was great, also having 2 lockers one that includes power points was very nice. Bar downstairs was also nice!

My luggage was locked in the locker and could not open it regarding the correcr code. I had to go down to the reception to ask them to open my locker, then I waiting for 30 minutes or more to open and I wasted my time. Would be nice if the stuff offer a towel during the checkin. The bed linen was too small fpr the bed and I could not make a bed. The electric charger is on the opposite side of the pillow, in the locker. so you cant charge your phone while sleeping. The shower door is not closing fully so the floor is always wet.

The room was clean, stuff helpful and friendly. Cheap breakfast. I liled that bunk beds had curtains for privacy. In general I felt safe as a female solo traveler.Regeding some inconvinience I would stay again

- The dry/wet separation door in bathroom is not really watertight, which cause the water accumulation at the floor of toilet bowl - There is no place to put your shower gel, shampoo or soap in the shower room - A little bit walking distance from train station, thus it might not be suitable for those who use public transport and with many or large luggages - A lot of night clubs or pubs just located at the buildings beside this hostel, thus it would be a bit noisy on Saturday night until late night

- Late check out option available with only small additional charges - The common area / lounge is quite big and comfortable - There is safety deposit box (for small personal items) at each bed and also locker (for luggage) assigned for each person

My partner said it was a bit noisy because of people talking in the corridors, but I slept like a baby.

Beds were a bit squeaky and I’d accidentally hit the side board on the wall a few times which makes a massive noise. These are small gripes though especially for the price and not really a complaint

When I was leaving I left a notice to not receive any packages or deliveries specially to a recipient called Sam and told him I am leaving the county and if you got any packages don’t receive it and let it return but the recipient received a package for me and I don’t know how to receive it or return it, can you help me return it to the sender or mail it somewhere else Thank you

Not necessary the hostel’s problem but found it hard to sleep for more than a few hours due to loud music outside until 4am and people talked loudly on the corridors

It was a good location for the train to get to different places I enjoyed the bar and the Karaoke night that happened whilst I was there Staff were helpful when I asked to upgrade to a private room and also when the card didn’t work.

Can you please assign beds that will remove the need to have to make up a bed. It is normally the last thing I want to do just after travelling all day. Can you please use your key card instead of a code to unlock / lock your lockers (like the London location does), I admit it is minor, but it is very helpful.

The location is really good. The place is brand new and has everything you need.I appreciate the privacy curtains and the common areas were clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and really attentive. This includes the maintainence staff. I also really appreciated the individual fan at each bed, that helped me sleep on the odd warm night that I had.

While we had 2 bathrooms in the room, which is cool, if you forgot your towel, you could only dry your hands/face on your clothes. Same for the kitchen area. Also, no toilet in the lounge/kitchen area, so if you need to go, you have to go back to your room. The wifi had some issues in the room, but that's a small thing.

I liked the container area surrounding this hostel quite a lot. I also did some bouldering, and I think there were some other stuff, too, but I didn't have time. I also like that they do some events a few days a week. I was too tired to partake in the beer pong, sadly. Oh, and they have some instruments, and plenty of seats, and a small outdoors space.

There are so many night clubs around the place so they make so much noise in the night. Also they will give you sheets for bed and you have to do it yourself but the sheet they gave me was small for bed.

Maybe it would be nice to have some social activities in the Hostel. There are a few but in the bar, but some games, walking tours, pub crawls would bring the people together 👍
