dont go in the restaurants in front of the sea by hotel. The are expensive and quality verry bad. in duarte street is an italien restaurant verry delicious. Beach in boca chika is not nice.

I was verry happy to stay there. Not noisy, nice pool, staff verry friendly. Get nice apartmend. Its quied to sleep no bars but not far to center. Verry near by neptun restaurant is a ATM for money. 1 min to walk.

It needs a good maintenance. For example, shower head came off, which never got fixed during our stay (we were there only for 2 nights). You can't rely on wifi here either (I had mobile data luckily). We chose to stay here as it's close to the beach and the airport, but the hotel offered awfully expensive taxi service to the airport, told us it's not compulsory to use their service if we don't like to pay that much, so I ended up calling my driver from Santo Domingo. Be also aware that you can't use a credit card here.

There was hot water available. Also, there is a swimming pool.

Apartement is run down, an old and bedly maintained place that needs an urgent renovation.The bathroom is the worst with old and smelly drains as well as the kitchen sink. Sunbeds arround the pool we did not want to touch etc etc. Bed lighting everywhere, no hot water at all, deffinitly not worth the price. Deceiving pictures!

The only good thing about this place is a small bar/restaurant with good and affordable food.

This was not the best of the rooms they had. Some appliances didn't work including AC TV freezer flood from an open window and red to brown water before it cleared. Maybe I will try the Villa next time or just downsize to a smaller room.

I like seeing old friends from the security gate and the views from the room.

I booked the Split ROOM that my family liked. When I get there they booked it and gave me ANOTHER room. The water was yellow before it clear. The fridge only work on my side and no AC no hot water. I didn't have time to look because we had other affairs to Santo Domingo and Punta Cana. When I came back the Villa I asked to see was also booked. This room was on 5th floor with damage tub and floors that the kids keep falling. I have PAIN so it was too high and so was the cost. The 2991 ended up being over 5000 to $120 ??? Ants everywhere and bathroom flooded with water without cleaning staff or supplies after rain. Even the keys didn't work to lock before going to the beach. This certainly was not their BEST or the best for the price. Even a visitor preferred to go to a Cabana to sleep after a long ride to see me from Santo Domingo.

The views landscape and staff is always nice to see at Las Palmeras. The party had to be CANCELLED and the only good thing was the pool.

1.) Rude staff and they complained about everything. They was very unfair and discriminated against my partner and I. Every night, the power went off.

The guy who checked us in was very courtesy and communicated. The food and drinks was good and reasonably priced. The staff at the bar was nice.

We booked room late around 8 pm. Thier was no staff to let us in the apartment. Their was phone number provided but no one answered the phone.... So we were never able to check into the room.... Book somewhere else for that night

The hot water ran out a little fast. there’s nowhere to sit on the balcony. I guess you could take a chair out, but who wants to do that?

Management is amazing! Excellent value for what you pay and very close to most things in Boca Chica. the Pool looked dope even though didn’t use it.

The food in the onsite restaurant was poor. Salad with meal was small 1 piece of lettuce and 1 slice tomato. Portions of main dish very small. Restaurant staff just adequate, Wifi in our building was sporadic. our building had power outage every day while the other buildings did not. The bed was soft.

TV would have been a definite asset in the main bar or around the property, especially during Champion's League Soccer tournament and a stronger wi-fi connection, with less interruptions
