Sofa is not for sleeping. It is really uncomfortable. Apartment is ideal for 2. But not for 4.

The breakfast for vegetarian wasn’t great. Not bad, but also not very special. We had to put jackets and boots on when going to the spa, because of living in the building next door.

We booked a large apartment with two rooms to have separate rooms for kids and some privacy. As they were telling, sofa beds were comfy. We could have space for a third kid if needed, because the chair could be transformed into a bed too. Not many people stayed there because of low season visit during winter. Therefore if was quiet and calm. The room is freshly renovated and nice looking.

Breakfast was very crowded (probably because of the school brake), the omlet was out half an hour before breakfast time ended, only 1 coffee machine in the restaurant which led to a constant line for coffee.

Good location and very friendly staff. Our room (apartement with separate bedroom) was spacious enaugh though sofabed was not one of the comfiest of its kind I would say our family had quite a pleasant stay.

Big bed was great for my other family members but sofa bed was very , very uncomfortable so I couldnt sleep 2 nights. Actualy Hotel and Spa were great but when you cant sleep then its hard to rate Hotel with maximum rate score

The family room/apartment we stay this time is full IKEA furniture what is little warn out. so it needs update. The toilet door does not work properly so if someone goes to toilet at night it makes loud noise.

Good hotel with really nice small spa. Love the outdoor pool + indoor warm pools. The family apartment is really convenient for family stay. Location is super as everything you need in Kuressaare is in walking distance.

Big minus comes from the breakfast. The special diets were almost totally ignored (only rice cakes available for gluten intolerants). It would be really easy to have some gluten-free products in the freezer and bring it to customers if requested. I think this is really easy thing to fix.

Location was good. Everything was clean. Staff was polite and helpful enough. Spa was nice (nothing too special but kids liked it). Possibility to charge electric car on the hotels parking place.

We had nice backyard area but chairs and table there were dirty. One of us had dietary limitations and the staff just recommend drinking coffee and juice instead of eating and didn't return what was paid from breakfast during our stay. There is no gym but would be nice to have a deal to some other gym in town like there usually is.

Location was perfect and we were able to park in front of our apartment. Spa area was nice and clean. Beds were really comfortable.

Sofa bed outdated and can not really be used for sleeping (the head part does not keep in place, but falls down), kitchen equipment missing, no roaster, no water boiling equipment. Some apartments are small and dark

Good location, staff is friendly and professional, they solved the problems effectively, we got an upgrade to nice apartment. Spa is nice when there are no people, but as it is very small it gets easily totally overcrowded.

The suites itself is furnished simply so don’t expect a very luxurious interior.

The best thing about this property must be their spa facilities as they have many different kinds of pools and suanas. There is free parking on the premises and they give you complementary robs for the spa. The suits are comfortable and roomy.

Beware there is no air conditioning in family apartments (apartment nr 2), hot in summer and no extra towels to get from spa pool, have to bring your own from the room, we took bathing in pool three times a day so towels were wet all the time, no drying possibilities, still best place to stay for family.

Best price/quality ratio to stay with family (2 kids) in Kuressaare, very strong recommend!

All of the windows of my apartment / room glass door facing facing straight the parking and walking guests between SPA and parking: so one has to keep all curtains tightly closed all the time which made the stay inside the room sad and somewhat stressed me out. This could be easily remedied to by sacrificing one car parking place to get the 2 apartments their own little entrance and privacy. Guests could really benefit from that even though it would give much extra light, the sense of privacy is important and why not put an outside table and a couple of chairs as well. The Breakfast: clearly a lot of thought has beenn put into the breakfast and its selection. Unfortunately allergy etc tags were not placed for ALL items presented such as local breads and sauces which limited the choices. This would not request much effort by the kitchen staff.

Beautiful premises: beautiful design and relaxed atmosphere. Stall professionals: friendly and eager to help out yet keeping their distance, not making it about them but giving guests their space. Big plus: real coffee machine in my room! Big +plus: pet was welcome and they charged a decent 10 or 15€ for the whole stay.

We stayed in 2 family rooms. There was very limited storage, no place to hang the towels, swimsuits-altough it's a spa hotel. It wasn't maintained well. The furnitures were new, yet very worned out and dirty, stains everywhere. In one of the rooms the internet was so slow, practically non-existent. There were leaves and cigarette buds on the ground outside the room. Our 2 rooms were not equipped the same.
