Room is so outdated and small and it needs maintenance, shower cabin is broken, bathroom door knob is broken, bedside lamp not working, wardrobe not sliding properly. We only reported the lamp and they were very responsive and came to fix it in less than 5 mins. There should be mosquito pesticide

Breakfast was quite poor, unfortunately, for European / continental taste, catering only for Egyptian taste, but no cornflakes ( I was offered sugar pops as "cornflakes" when I asked), no butter, (had to ask for butter every morning and received old, rancid butter that was obviously frozen, defrosted, melted and re-frozen again...), dry, old white bread (no full grain or dark bread), a chef that did not understand "sunny side up"when asking for eggs.. etc etc - not good, sorry! A lot of noise from other guests during the last 2 nights, - had to get up and ask them to please be quiet at 5am!! Maybe have a stricter hotel policy on keeping some silence during the night hours (normally from 10pm), as is standard in all hotels? And why not spread out the guests over different rooms instead of distributing the rooms wall to wall, when there is plenty of free accommodation? We came to relax and for the silence - this really spolt it :(

The food was not really to our liking; we have all been to Egyptian resort hotels before, but the quality and selection here was not as good as we have had elsewhere. Also, the room was not well sound-proofed from the neighbours and both of our rooms had minor but inconvenient plumbing problems.

The staff were all very welcoming and pleasant. The hotel reception was efficient and took all of our requests into account. We were even offered a tour of their small internal farm when we left, which was very interesting.

The shower needs renovation, the seats in front of the rooms should be wiped. We asked the staff to arrange a taxi to go to the center. The taxi they recommended was more than twice the amount we paid for the taxi on our way to the hotel.

There was a bad smell in the room, the aircondition was too noisy. There is no AC at the reception. It is aloud to smoke almost everywhere....

The team and staff are great. They are welcoming and try to help as much as they can. The place is clean, there are lifeguards at the pool and at the beach that really cares about the swimmers. Noor is brilliant at the kids' playground. The clerks at the reception are amazing.

Nuweiba is a perfect place for a vacation. Beuatiful beach, so quite and calm and the swimming pool and gardens at the resort where a bonus The swimming pool, beach and gardens are very well maintained, its like an oasis in the desert and the stuff are always smiling and happy to assist

Food can be better but the main chef Zaki made Pizza fried chicken and chips every lunch for the kids so we were finally happy.

breakfast as well as dinner were poor and untasty. lots of good ingredients spoiled in the kitchen. to much seasoning in most of the dishes including salads. kitchen must be changed into cosmopolitan seashore sould be cleaned more frequently . to much plastic botlles , nylon bags, snack wrappings on the beach,

The food from the restaurant was very average. There are constantly locals walking up & down the beach almost harassing you to buy their goods & seeling their services - at another resort we went to, hotel staff chased these people away where as here they didn't seem to care really. WiFi is not available in the rooms. The mattresses need replacing. They were caved & lost all their 'bounce'

The staff were lovely, very attentive, super helpful & kind. It's an incredible location. The beach is gorgeous with crystal clear water. There was lovely local music playing, the entertainment team hosted beach volleyball & water polo games which was great fun. Easy 1 hour drive from Taba border.

We paid an extra fee of 30 USD for a room upgrade, and honestly there was no difference with the original room we were supposed to receive. Kind of felt like a way to squeeze a bit more money from us. The food wasn't as good as expected, though there were a variety of foods.

The overall experience was nice. the location and the beach is amazing and very clean. The staff was nice overall and helpfull.
