We stayed for one night because we had one more day in the city. The room was spacious and very clean! The reception was very warm. The property is in China Town, very easy to find food and supermarket.

The property was in a great location, decorated so nicely, the room was very modern, comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly too, I felt so well looked after, especially being a solo female traveller. Very accommodating, helped print my train ticket, let me keep my bags till I left in the evening. Breakfast was great too. I will 100% stay again when I am in Valencia.

The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly amazing with the best Spanish Tortilla my fiancé and I actually had on our 3 week Spain trip! The location is close to major train station and to the center of town too! Check-in was easy and the host was very kind. This was the first accommodation we stayed at on our Spain trip and I couldn't think of a better one to stay at to start our trip!

Windows of my room faced outwards and at night You could not open them due to the noise ( air condition of course available 🙂).

It can be a little noisy if your neighbors are loud, but that is not unusual for hotels.

Montse was very kind and helpful! The room was just what I needed and the location was great for me - only a 12 minute walk from the train station, which I was coming and leaving from. I was also able to leave my luggage and lock it up there after checking out, because my train didn't leave until the afternoon; this was very appreciated.

Jose and Monse were great hosts! Both were friendly and helpful. Jose recommended one of the best paella in Valencia, and it was the best paella we ever tasted (Pelayo Gastro Trinquet). The breakfast was delish. Thanks to Monse.

- Nothing but next time we should visit Valencia in another period and not during Las Fallas.

We liked everything: - Communication top with José by email/WhatsApp. Zero issues and always super helpful. - Self check-in super easy. - Montse welcomed us in the best way possible, at the breakfast she was always careful with my celiac disease. - Comfortable bed, stylish room with a minimalism design. - We felt at home!

During Las Fallas, there is a lot of atmosphere in the city, but that also means noise late into the night (at least on Friday and Saturday, on Sunday it was quieter). I was able to sleep, but someone with more sensitive ears will definitely be bothered.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is close to the Estació del Nord railway station and the Xátiva metro station, with connections to the airport. The city centre, including the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, is not far either. I was able to do everything on foot, including the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències. Las Fallas were already underway, I found the atmosphere in the city pleasant and the fireworks impressive. The mascletá, daily fireworks focused mainly on rhythm, sound, and vibration, is very special. Montse and José were very helpful, although I had the impression that they differed somewhat on Las Fallas. Montse had lots of advice about the city; it was nice to hear how enthusiastic she was about her city. Valencia has many sights, museums, nice bars and restaurants. Three days were definitely not enough to get to know the city well. The room was ok, no remarks, breakfast as well with excellent coffee and fresh orange juice.

Lovely boutique style hotel,10/15 minute walk to centre. Owners brilliant and gave us great information of how to get around. If in Valencia again would definitely stay here. Exceptional
