The beds were really uncomfortable the mattresses were too hard found it hard to sleep such a pity as everything else was great

The location was good nice walk from beach etc but maybe not suitable for elderly , the food was good something for everyone

the kids club was closed for the season without notice which was the main reason I chose this over another hotels. The night entertainment also was canceled right at the event, the next nights' entertainment was also very poor, just an old signer singing, not a group show.

the location is the only thing that's out of our expectation since it's closed by 3-4 beaches and walkable to lots shops and restaurants

We had a double room with a sea view-it was amazing. Breakfasts were delicious and there were variety of food. We arrived earlier (around 12 pm)- there was no problem and we were checked in immediately

The location was great, and I was surprised at how clean and well-maintained the rooms and all the installations in general. We didn’t hear any noise at night and will be returning soon (with kids in tow this time who I'm sure are going to love the hotel)

The elevators are too small for the size of the hotel and their operation is illogical, even there was a technical issue with one of them. The room had a constant noise because of the air conditioner. Although there is a large choice at dinner, there are only a few vegetarian dishes (we are not vegetarians, we just like to eat various) and after a week, all the main courses taste the same.

Very nice and helpful staff. Good, various breakfast. Very good location, we liked the nearest small beach of all. The hotel is in a walkable distance from the center but far from the noise. Good value for money. Alltogether we reccomend it

The main criteria for selecting this place was parking. I arrived there and they told me their parking is full so I had to park some place else and pay extra. Not very pleasant to discover that directly at check-in. My room was separated by the one next to mine through a door, so I could hear the other guests chatting an moving around. Unfortunately they hot quite loud at times.

Wifi was really weak or no at all. We had 2 rooms one had no connection at all.

Staff is really helpful and friendly. Food was delicious and every day different. Small fridge in the room. Safety box, you have to pay extra, but that's not a problem 👌.

I didn’t really like the breakfast but the same can be said about most hotels

The staff were great and kids club was really good. Great place for kids as they had many activities and a mini disco and entertainment every night. Close to beaches and main strip.

It was difficult to get a space in the swimming pool.

Very little, would rate it above 3 star personally, location maybe a little 5 or 10 minute from town, but that suited us as town was a little busy.
