How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The top blanket and towels were rough, the bathroom didn't offer many places to hold toiletries and was snug

Very few restaurants in the vicinity.
The hotel is 12 minutes walking distance from the Plaza d'Espanya. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the required facilities. To our surprise, we also got a balcony for the room. The breakfast had fewer but sufficient options.

I would have expected a freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, which for the rest is quite good.
Well maintained hotel, close to the station of the train to Soller, and at a walkable distance to the center of Palma. Clean and silent rooms.

Quite far from the city centre
Very lovely hotel, we couldn't believe that it has only 2 stars. Team is so helpful and friendly, it's very clean. Great that it has a garage

Lack of tea making facility in the room
Comfortable and clean. Excellent shower. 10 minutes walk from the central bus and metro station. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with plenty of pastries

I don't have anything to complain about :)
The room was spotless and the furniture is all new. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the centre, which is also a huge plus.

The walls are very thin so I would bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Also the towels were very thin.
Every member of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, from front desk to housekeeping to bar staff. The location was good, a short walk to the centre with cafes nearby. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful

🤨unfortunately infrastructure right front door of hotel was repaired ,every morning ,8.a.m worker started and finished 18.p.m, It was not possible to use the balcony ,because of the outside noise.! It was not pleasant 😑 at all. I know it was not hotel faults.
Nice ,clean room,bathroom every day have been cleaned 👌 Friendly ,helpful staff. Coffee was nice too.

The location could have been closer, but overall, still very good.

Walls are thin. You can hear next door but everyone was asleep at decent hour and quiet neighborhood, got great sleep!!
Great front desk. Gave me amazing recommendations for food. And for taking the bus to my next destination. Close to bus station for transfers out of palma. Room was clean and quiet. Got an amazing night sleep and slept with window open! Comfortable bed and pillow!! All around great stay

Great room! It even had a surprise terrace which was amazing. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was good and the location is nice and quiet but within short walking distance from the city center. I'll definitely come back!

Very nice location, quiet area but close to the city center. Our room was ok, the service was always helpful. Breakfast was fine, we just wished for a bit more of a variety.

Great value for money. The hotel is located few minutes walk from the city center. The room has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. A bonus if you have a car is their hotel garage which was 10 EUR/night.

The room was a bit small and the shower cabin leaked
Good location in a residential area, 15 minutes on foot from Plaza España, some local eateries nearby. The hotel itself is neat, offers surprisingly good breakfast, there is an on site restaurant. Nice and helpful staff. Great for a 3-4 days in Palma. Very decent altogether.

Everything was great. A very clean and fantastically run hotel. Everyone friendly and super efficient. The breakfast and restaurant food is delicious and very well priced. It's very convenient, a few minutes walk in to the centre. Excellent value for money.

It was a little noisy from other rooms late at night and first thing,
Fabulous stay at this hotel, perfectly located near the railway and a 15 minute walk into the town, staff lovely and friendly room was clean and comfortable, on-site restaurant was perfect for evening meal, and breakfast was included in the price so an added bonus
