Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThe pull-out sofa bed was small and thin - it was okay for just a short stay. A mirror over the desk would be a good addition. The bathroom door was glass with gaps around the edge. Not great for privacy!!
The hotel was in a good location, close to Santa Catalina which has the best restaurants in Palma! We booked a triple room. We had a cute little balcony, and the double bed was comfortable. It was pretty basic/ standard but no complaints. 12pm checkout is great.

There was a great choice of different foods at breakfast. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was attractive, clean and with a generous supply of toiletries. The staff were friendly and we liked the central location. We asked for a quiet room and were pleasantly surprised at how little noise we could hear from the street.

The position of the hotel is nice, near Santa Catalina. The stuff is very friendly and helpfull. The room, well it looked better at the beginning, but now it is a little "dusty" but still very comfortable!

AustriaMy windows faced the street in front of the hotel and was very noisy. You can‘t keep the window open (and I am usually not very sensitive to street noise) and can even hear the traffic clearly through closed windows. Also I wish the hotel didn‘t advertise balconies - they seem very flimsy in lack of a better term and are so narrow you couldn’t even fit a chair or anything on there. Sure, you can open the doors and take a tiny step outside but I wouldn‘t qualify them as a balcony at all. Not recommended if you are hoping to catch some sun while lying on a balcony.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly (although I didn‘t have much contact outside of checking in and out since I didn‘t book with breakfast. The location is not bad at all, it‘s nicely located in Santa Catalina, the city center (cathedral etc.) is within a 15 minute walk, also the bus to the airport is only around a 10 minute walk away. The room was clean and nice, all necessary amenities were included.
