All rooms are different size and style. The few rooms that aren't on the street front have internal light wells going up to the 4th floor, with room windows opposite each other. The state of the blinds in the room were the most obvious detractor, we moved rooms, the first one lacked a privacy blind to the room opposite and the 'blackout' style blinds in both rooms for darkening were not remotely functional for that purpose, hung too far from the window and all hacked to a size they didn't need to be. The beds are firm, however we used the blanket from the wardrobe under the sheet. The pillows, while being a good width (the size of each single bed), are too high. Both our rooms had some other minor defects such as broken side lights, flickering main light, broken towel rail, bathroom heater stuck on very hot. We left windows open most of the time due to temperature (in March) and air freshener smell. Heard an immense amount of noise from other nearby rooms and the floor above.

The location was ideal for accessing the central historic area of A Coruna and was easily reached by bus from all points. Staff were really helpful. Rooms were very clean. Good value for what we paid. Outside nearby were bars, cafes, restaurants and a few shops. No wifi problems, wish we'd brought chromecast as tv wasn't Smart or foreign accessible. But we'd stay again.

Room was very small with little storage space. No facilities to make tea and coffee. Noise from the stairs and other rooms.

Hallway noise of returning patrons..but most didn't linger

Location price staff. Price fluctuates..got it for a good deal..sorry I couldn't get it on my return to A'C. Sold out even at a higher rate. I rate on value to me.

The noise isolation is not very good. I was able to listen what other people were talking in the room next to the mine. The shower was difficult to set, too hot or too cold.

The location is the best close to the main square, bars and restaurants. You can go walking almost everywhere. The small closed terrace that leads to the pedestrian street was great to relax meanwhile you drink a beer or a coffee. They had a vending machine inside the hotel that is very convenient at late night.

After-hours check-in turned out to be a huge problem for me. After 4 p.m. that Saturday the reception was staffed remotely by telephone and by a video chat in the lobby; when I arrived at 9:30 p.m. they gave me instructions to retrieve my room key from a lock box in the lobby. The problem was my key was in the top row of boxes, I am short, and I couldn't reach the top box well enough to firmly press the combination to open it. This led to a series of trials of other keys and other lock boxes, none of which worked; after an hour's wait, a maintenance guy from another facility came and opened the original lock box to retrieve my key. I understand that having an unmanned reception desk after 4 p.m. saves money, but for this traveler, it was a horrible experience. Please, management, find a better way to check in your guests, especially the short ones (150 cm), after 4 p.m. on a weekend.

Very affordable, very nice location just a block off the main plaza downtown, short walk to the water and boardwalk to the west and harbor to the east. Spotlessly clean, new modern fixtures in bathroom, comfortable beds. Rooms faced away from street into internal courtyards so no street noise, even one night when there was an outdoor concert in the plaza! Breakfast (which cost extra, 5.5 euros) included breads and toast, yogurt, cheese, muesli, juice, tea and coffee.

The location was good, in walking distance of town, beach and Harbour. The room was comfortable and quiet. We had a room without a balcony. The air conditioning made the room very comfortable during the night.

There is no air-conditioner which made it impossible to sleep in the heat. One could not leave the windows open due to street noise yet no cooling up made the room unbearable hot.
