The staff were brilliant. The facilities were great. The hotel is spotless. The location is very good. The food was very good. The attention to detail of staff was amazing and the bar staff were great fun while doing a great job.

We had an issue with our first room, the staff was quick to address it and change our room

Great hotel with great outdoor and indoor pool. Great for families, the location is 5-10mins from the beach front. Rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming and helpful.

The air con in the room was rather loud and inefficient. I had trouble sleeping because the AC was loud and it was still quite warm in the room. Also we did not get any early breakfast for the early departure - in other hotels they usually give us either the option to eat early or they give us some pre-prepared lunch boxes with fruits and so on. We were told we can only eat at 7 or at 8, and neither was a good option for us so we left with no breakfast.

Decent food and really clean place overall, great service and good location. Pool area is pleasant and clean. It has parking and the staff is really nice and kind.

The room card key had to be re-activated every day as it wouldn’t work which was a pain being in the 3rd and having to go back down plus being told it was my fault for put it by my mobile phone which I never did 🤔

Great location, lovely big pool with available sun beds. Breakfast was also good with a wide and varied selection.

Lovely welcome from staff, great service in bar during the day and evening and if you have time I highly recommended a massage with Anna. She was so good we went back for a second.

Can't think of any. Maybe, less deserts at the restaurant as kids are not eating healthy :)

They simply exceeded our expectations! Staff at the reception, restaurant, cleaning, entertainment - all fantastic! Bar is slightly lagging behind though. Just a little bit :) Facilities are renovated - just pick the right room when you book. Location is excellent for families. 6 minutes walk to the beach, and fair enough from night drunk parties. It was very smooth experience - starting from check in, ending with check out.

Fantastic hotel, couldn't do enough to help, arrived and room was still being cleaned so gave us lunch and a drink on the house. We had an early flight and arranged a light breakfast.. very clean and friendly staff..would highly recommend..Will b back again 😄

Poor WiFi

Comfortable and clean rooms.nice pool area,also with lifeguard spa was great and the indoor pool also. Really good location near the town center, the beach and the bus station. Good size of balcony.
