We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAir con wasn't great for the first few days but got better, not sure if the hotel centrally controls it.
Staff were lovely, hotel was clean, spa area was great, nice pool & pool bar, good location, lots of options for breakfast, activities on at night, value for money 😀 We had a nice big balcony (room 609) with a view of the pool and you could just see the sea. I would definitely recommend!

United KingdomThe noise at night by other people staying there no one told them to keep the noise down. There was roof top pool or heated pool as stated. The roads were very noise. No security, no lifeguard no cctv. Didn’t give us an early wake up call as promised

NetherlandsThis hotel is stuck in another time. WiFi is not free. Too early breakfast. Until 9:45h. An old TV from 20 years ago still taking space in the rooms. Noisy guests. Many party youth and groups. The bathroom has a sign that htop hotels has regard for sustainability and asks guests to reuse the towels, or put to put them on the floor for a change. In reality, all towels are changed every day. Apparently the sustainability aspects are not communicated to the staff. Sachets for shampoo and shower gel and soap blocks are also not done these days.

We made this reservation for our family to sleep one night. We could not use the room, hotel full of people drunk, noisy, no parking anywhere. It was not the place to stay with children at all, even one night. We had to choose not staying in the hotel because it was imposible to rest in a place like that and NOT appropiate at all for children. We did the search in booking page for a family hotel... THAT IS NOT AN HOTEL FOR A FAMILY WITH SMALL CHILDREN. It would be nice of you, if you return my money back. I am looking forward to hearing from you Regards Francisco Aparicio

BelgiumThe hotel is excellent however despite the fact that the hotel has declared itself to be safe in terms of covid many people walk around the hotel and the dining room without masks. hotel staff don't tell people to follow the rules.
