The only negative thing about the hotel was the pillows on the bed. These could do with replacing as they were past their best.

Fabulous boutique hotel in old town, Palma! The lovely little touches like a welcome glass of cava on arrival to the georgous toiletries in the bathroom make this hotel special. All the staff are cheerful and very helpful, nothing was a problem to them. We stayed here with friends to celebrate my husband's birthday, and when we were shown to our room, a bottle of cava and mini chocolate cakes were waiting for us! We opted to book a superior room that faced outside. The bed was very comfy compared to other hotel beds, I usually struggle to get settled, but I slept very well on this bed! I asked for a kettle to be supplied as I like a cup of tea in a morning rather than a coffee from the machine. This was supplied along with an iron and ironing board. We had Bvlgari toiletries to use in the bathroom, which I really wanted to take home with me, but I resisted! We booked the breakfast option, and there was plenty of choice for all palates. It was mostly continental, along with the choice of daily eggs ( boiled egg was cooked perfectly, runny,how I like it!). The rooftop terrace was a lovely space to sit drinking the bottle of cava, listening to the bells of the nearby church ringing out. Whilst there were other guests staying, we never heard any noise from the other rooms, which was great. I would definitely book this hotel again if we were visiting Palma.

Wonderful location! Easy walking distance to many sites, shopping, and cafés. Staff and amenities were fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back during our next trip to Palma.

I just loved this place. Yes there are grander converted ex-noble homes but this had a perfect size, location and level of luxury for us. Not OTT but stylish with some restraint. Anielka at the front desk was a gem. We didnt have breakfast so cannot comment on the food, but the free yoga a nice touch.

The walls not really insulated, toilet flushing from neighbors as if in your room, the doors slam and after 8 am when cleaning Beginns very noisy … not for those who wish to sleep in

The hotel is situated in the middle of the old town, great central location to all the sites, restaurants and shops. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very relaxed, the rooms are very well furnished and the roof top terrace has some spectacular views. We really enjoyed our stay.

Can’t think of a thing!!

The personal welcome complete with Cava! Staff was attentive and helpful, seemed genuinely friendly and interested in making our stay as great as possible! Loved the rooftop , the views, the bells ringing at the church we could see while sipping wine and a good meal. Our room was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Breakfast amazing…. We loved everything about our stay and hope to visit again😍

Overall we liked everything.

the breakfast was nice. the room is not very big but they had a nice set up , the things on ofer was nice and of good quality and a very friendly staff. Also the staff at the reception was very friendly and they helped us out with certain bookings. the rooms were very nice and spacious. the rooftop was nice but due to the bad weather we could not enjoy The spa was cosy and privatised The location was superb .. in the middle of the old town just behing the Cathedral

It’s not a negative point about this hotel. It’s the same in most hotels in old town Palma. But if you want a totally silent nights sleep, be aware being in Palma old Town with its narrow streets and tall buildings, sound does travel up!

Great location if you want to be near the heart of old town Palma. The roof top terrace and bar was fantastic. Not very big, but we were there in March time. Nice enough to sit in the sun after some shopping with a sundowner. We paid for a non basic room. I would imagine some of the standard rooms might be small and have internal windows, but even then for the money it’s a charming hotel.

A lot was closed over Christmas. Apparently better to go early January when the Spanish celebrate differently.

Superb hotel. Staff efficient and friendly. Hotel limousine from airport a great experience. Superb location. The private spa was a real bonus, excellent. Close to all amenities: contemporary galley, cathedral, marina, restaurants.

We didn't like leaving!

Excellent staff, the suite was absolutely outstanding and the location couldn't have been better to explore the city. The roof bar area provided a great space to relax and great views at night. We would come stay here again without any doubt!

Unfortunately we didn’t realize the rooftop was available at all hours until our last day. Definitely don’t miss! The parking was also tricky, but manageable

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with plenty of character. Located in a quiet area close to all the restaurants, bars and cathedral, we had everything nearby to explore. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and tastefully decorated with gorgeous scented soaps and shampoos. As it was new year's eve, we were greeted with a celebration bag with cava and grapes. The private spa was very relaxing and highly recommended. The rooftop bar is a perfect place to watch the fireworks to see in the new year. We loved staying at this hotel and we will definitely return.Thank you.

Nothing. Hotel and it's staff are first class! However, just a note- if you are driving your own car rental, it is suggested you park in the public car park near the cathedral, as the designated hotel parking is now difficult to access due to the new one way/ driving restrictions which have recently been enforced by the council around the old town, which we had the misfortune of discovering.... (no fault of the hotel who were very very apologetic).

The hotel is stunning, well kept and beautifully decorated, and steeped in history which I found fascinating. Our room was lovely, well kept, and clean. Wonderful roof terrace/bar, and the staff were really helpful, as they looked after us exceptionally well- a real credit to the hotel. Location is superb as it was easy to walk to all the main attractions/shops in the historic old town. I would definitely stay here again!
