I feel I have to mention that there’s only 1 key, it’s on a band to go around your wrist but we wouldn’t wear a key on our wrists and put it into the pool bag. Sadly we left the key in the room as we swapped bags but couldn’t get back in. Went to reception thinking maybe there’s a spare key but they did not help. I contacted the owner through booking.com and we had to pay €50 to the cleaner who came and let us back in. I feel this system is at fault rather than a simple mistake of leaving a single key in the room. It would be much easier to either use passes, add another key safe for a spare, add two keys for two adults or put a spare in reception. I feel bad having to mention this but €50 is steep when stuff like this happens regularly. Apart from that I’d stay again no problem and highly recommend this room and owner to all (just keep the key safe ).

We have been going to Tenerife for many years and in particular Parque Santiago 3. Although smaller than what we normally book we were expecting this prior to arriving. It’s plenty enough for Two people and the views from the balcony are great too. It was clean, easy to communicate with the owner and reasonably priced. Next to the golden mile, perfectly placed to the strip, easy to access the strip and the pools. Would really recommend this property for the location, the ease of access and stunning views.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the apartment! It was perfect for what we needed!

Fantastic location, with facilities that are great for adults & children (adult only pool available)! the apartment was just as we expected, clean & tidy, great for a holiday stay! The apartment was compact, but ideal, a small kitchen, bathroom with a shower/bath, storage facilities & beds in the lounge area with a TV! all the apartment was clean when we arrived with towels for the pool & bathroom! The location of the apartment is right near the fountains, lots of bars & restaurants plus views of the ocean & beach!

The apartment was absolutely amazing! With all facilities you may need. The view was stunning. First thing when you wake up having a beautiful view of the pool, palm trees and the sea! You can hear the waves all the way to the apartment. Access to pool and common areas. Beautiful walkway all the way from the pool area to the sea side. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Can not fault anything! If we are back in Tenerife one day, this will be the place we will go! Thank you very much for everything! ❤️

Clean towels, cleaning and the cleaning staff were horrid.

The only bad review I can give is in the apartment there wasn't enough towels to wash with for the whole week, the cleaning staff wouldn't give us towels so our neighbours gave us some towels, also it was not cleaned, other than this it was fabulous, great locational, pools, beach and the strip is all walkable.

Perfect location next to the beach. There are a few pools inside the complex, one of which is warmed up to 24 degrees and is good to swim in winter if ocean is not warm enough. The apartments are clean, with small kitchen and bathroom. We loved watching sunset from the balcony, with drinks or dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful, Maria is such an awesome person, thank you so much for help!

furniture is oldish (‘90s), hasn’t been renovated since. (but all the apartments seem to be exactly the same from the inside in the complex.)

perfect location, in Parque Santiago III, beautiful apartment complex. Loads of palm trees and other tropical plants, huge pools. sea and pool view from the balcony at the same time. easy check-in/check-out, good wifi. main avenue is right next to it. one of the nicest beaches in Tenerife (playa camisón) is 50m away from the entrance of the complex.
