The cooking facilities are very basic. A 2 ring hob and a microwave. Utensils are limited, no scissors or sharp knife, only a blunt bread knife. There are no main British tv channels, despite them shown on the tv menu. “It is being looked into.” Parking in the area is a nightmare.

The property as very clean and our apartment was quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good. Only a few minutes from the airport bus stop, about 7 minutes to the beach, Mercadona supermarket 10 minutes and main shops 5 minutes. Ideal for a holiday without a hire car. There is a pool on site.

despite the constant reminders and notices about not leaving stuff on sunbeds it still goes on, watching people queuing and waiting for the pool to open at 10 and then run for their favourite sunbed at 9.59 was entertaining though

it was an easy check in and we were in our room within 5 minutes of arriving at the hotel, our room was on the first floor with a pool view. The room was a good size and was very clean and kept clean for our whole stay. The balcony was a good size and got the afternoon sun which was nice. Breakfast was buffet style and was OK and as expected for that type of breakfast. Overall this is a decent hotel in a good location within easy walking distance to the seafront and all the bars and restaurants

We tried to ask beach/pool towels. We were told that noone who booked on booking com or any other travel agency can not get or hire towels. They only give to those who booked directly at the hotel. The receptionist offered us to buy towels at the hotel for 12 euro/towels (you can buy for 4 euro in the small shops). Wd book on bookkng.com offen and never has similar experience. We had problem with the water pressure in the shower as it was weak. We were in the R building the wifi was as poor that its a shame. At breakfest we had to clean a table for ourself before having breakfast and had to hunt for the facilities.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is smiling and helpfull. The apartment were we stayed was very comfy and well equipped. However we had nothing (sponge and gel) to wash up a plate or a glass with. The hotel is very near to the downtown and the beach. Parking option is limited, but free. In case there is no parking place for your car at the hotel garden, it seems inpossible to park around for free. Parking in the garages is very expensive. The dinner starts at 7:30 pm and it was late for us.

The service at breakfast was a little lacking. On two days of the five I stayed there was no plates available, and the staff were slow to clean tables, so we had to wait to be seated. This seemed to be due to a lack of staff rather than poor performance from the staff working on those days. Saying that, the food was good and there was plenty of choice.

The room was great. It was actually a suite with a separate bedroom and living/kitchen room. Everything was clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.

Nothing to complain about

Great location and access to and from the hotel/room. Very clean and upkeep was very good. Quiet especially around the pool, no ball games or floatation around the pool. Management of the pool area was very good.

Climbing 2 flights of stairs with my wife having a dodgy hip. Although the Andorra does have a lift, it was in a different area of the complex not serving the rooms we were allocated.

We really like the location, we have visited the area many times, out of the front of the hotel, you can go in 4 different directions to experience many of the wonderful sights the area has to offer.
