Would have been useful to have an information booklet in different languages on how to use the cooker, oven & washing machine, where to put the rubbish and how to book taxis for airport.

The receptionist wasn't there when I was trying to check in. They had a Back in 5 Minutes sign but I waited about 20 minutes and had to call the apartment owner . He sorted it out right away

There were some notable issues with the provided amenities. We believe that a higher rating would have been warranted if the landlord had been more attentive to our needs during our stay. One of the main concerns was the lack of essential items like toilet paper and coffee capsules. It would have been more convenient and considerate if these necessities were adequately supplied based on the length of our stay. Another inconvenience was the absence of washing tabs for both the washing machine and dishwasher. Although we only needed these items for a few days, having to purchase entire packs and transport them from the supermarket was inconvenient. Also, not knowing if the purchased products were suitable for the machines created some uncertainty. Moreover, the lack of a cover for the trash bin caused unpleasant odors within just one day. This forced us to buy extra trash bags to manage the situation. Having a cover or lid for the trash bin would have been a simple solution to maintain a more pleasant environment throughout our stay. We would have preferred to pay a bit more for our necessities to avoid these inconveniences.

The location was superb, just a 2-minute walk from the Playa de la Vista beach and a short distance to the nearby supermarket and many different restaurants. We loved the convenience of being able to easily access Los Christiano Harbour for boat trips or to other islands. The flat was recently renovated and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was our favorite spot to relax, enjoy the sound of the waves, and watch the sunset. The accommodation provided most of the necessary amenities, and we found the microwave with an oven very useful.

The best location ever. Beautifully decorated and felt brand new, so clean and everything was really well laid out for a small space. Amazing view from the balcony, the kitchen had lots of amenities such as a microwave/oven, dishwasher and washing machine etc. The bed was comfortable and we didn’t find it too small. Lots of storage space and the bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. Really recommend!

There was nothing not to like.

The studio apartment was equipped with everything you needed (the only thing missing for us was a kettle but we used a pan which did the job. Very clean and comfy apartment. All appliances seemed brand new (washing machine, dishwasher, oven). Bathroom good size and shower very good (shampoo and conditioner plus soap in a dispenser provided). The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was close to everything, beach - bars - restaurants and only a 5 minute walk into Los Cristianos. Our host, Luis, was easy to contact and replied to any messages very quickly. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Tenerife. Thank you Luis for a very pleasant stay in your lovely studio apartment.

It was just perfect. Stayed also in a different apartment in the same complex and this was just so much better.

Fantastic apartment. Renovated lately, very modern, stylish, bright and super clean. Fully equiped kitchen. Had a washing machine and even a dishwasher. Beautiful view from the balcony and sunshine from sunrise till sunset. Best possible location with best beach, big supermarket and main shopping street right there. Easy walk to both christianos and americas. It was exactly as in the pictures, but probably had even better layout and more daylight than I imagined. I was more than happy with the apartment and would very highly recommend it.

Not enough Sun Beds and the bar music downstairs was very loud kept us awake and we had to complain to reception that music was going on until 1.30 am in the morning when it is supposed to finish at midnight. The music needs to be turned down as being on the 4th floor the music was very loud. Because of this it spoilt and outweighed the good points for the apartment and would not return because of this.

We liked the location and the fact the apartment was modern and clean. The owner was very quick responding to questions.

Property was at the great location - effortless walking distance from the beach. Between Cristianos and Las Americas. The apartment was equipped with all daily utilities that you could possibly imagine:) (sun umbrella, cleaning utilities, cooking dishes, coffee machine, etc) Bathroom is spacious and clean as well. It was clean and cozy with the balcony overseeing the beach. Easy access from TFS airport with a lot of restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back! ☀️🏖
