It was hot in de suite.. de airconditioner does not goes below 20 degrees and wasn’t working properly .. If we was deep in the summer I don’t know if we could of stay there.. We was thinking of upgrading to All in clusive but The “All in clusive” isn’t everything included which is weird. You need to pay for more then half of the drinks on the menu by the pool and with dinner you don’t get free drinks at all, not even water, so the All in clusive concept is pointless here

I like how big and nice it is especially the pool outside with lots of entertainment for the kids The new suites was very nice, big and spacious for the family

some attention to details, the rooms could use some dishwashing detergent and sponge. I cut myself with the knife but with the opposite part of the edge. The metal poles in front of the hotel had metal parts hanging that could cut and hurt children

amazing pools, in summer they must be valued by clients. Good food for breakfast. nice rooms, comfy beds. Nice schedule for kids and for adults (like magic shows and disco)

The room needs upgrade and the furniture are quite old.

The breakfast was good and we did enjoyed the show every night. We will surely keep coming back here every year. Its our 4rth time stay in this hotel. Highly recommended 👌

The aircon was not functioning well.

The room was nice, spacious, and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is good with lots of options to choose from.

The rooms are a bit dated but they are renovating at the moment so they are possibly updating all the rooms. The lifeguards were friendly for nearly our whole stay apart from our last day on Tuesday when there was a different blonde guy who was not very nice and went round telling the kids that they can’t use their floaties in a practically empty pool even though they were fine to use on the other days and they sell them in the hotel shop.

Everything you need is in the resort. The pool area is fantastic and the animations team are really friendly and involved. There is a good selection at the buffet for breakfast and dinner.

Small rooms for the family and cleaning isn’t great . They don’t change sheets every day , which is not good for the kids

The outdoor pool was freezing. So cold that me and the kids couldn't use it so the slides that were the biggest selling point to us booking were of no use. We had to use the smaller indoor pool instead

Bedding wasn’t in good condition.

Absolutely love the size and location, very good breakfast and dinner. Big choice of meals. We was visiting not at peak times and prices was very welcoming but if go to in July or august prices will be a bit way too high.

Everything was amazing and the staff was all so kind and helpful my 3 and a half year old son is so shy the ladies doing the mini disco really included him he adored them also Gail on the front desk was amazing arranging our taxi back to the airport

Apartments need some improvements as the bathroom doesn't look too good, and cleanness could be improved also but nothing major.

I love that place, extremely friendly staff, apartments were spacious with lovely views, nice food, great location.

Outdoor Swimming pool was too cold but kids still somehow were able to enjoy Gym was not accessible and looked very small

Sometimes you just can't choose your neighbours. Soundproof walls would be advantageous

The staff were fantastic especially Gail. The inddor pool was great for our little boy and the poolside bar was excellent. Food was fantastic and the rooms clean and bright

Very basic cleaning … room size is very small . Not value for the price . No Sauna for 3 Euro as per advertisement . It’s closed and different location for 16 Euro

Property was ok , not space enough for a family with 2 kids . Rooms are very small and lounge is small too. But outside facilities and activities are excellent for kids . Especially both indoor and outdoor pools are excellent . Kids also had mini club in the day and night time . Very good for the kids . Cleaning seems very basic . They don’t change the bedsheets everyday . Only changing the towels and cleaning the toilets . I would expect changing the sheets for a 4-5 star hotel especially for family rooms with kids. False information about Sauna for 3Euro . We have tried everyday and been told that it’s closed but full facility is 16 Euro, which is not needed . Staff and manager is excellent. Very helpful. I would say 7 out of 10 overall

We wanted a water park for our grandson and a cuisine with excellent food. The staff in the restaurant made sure to keep our table tidy during the buffet. The bath in the bathroom was an added bonus.
