Spa was a bit overpriced at €25pp 1.5h. Very difficult to get parking space on weekends.

Location, food, facilities & staff was really good. Enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely recommended.

Everything was additional. Usually the swimming pool is included in the cost, however to use the pool inside cost £25 for 1 hour, per person. Crazy!

The hotel does not have its own parking, but there are two paid parking lots nearby. However, it is not possible to reserve in advance, so there may be difficulties in finding a spot

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything from the spa, food, room cleanliness, to the staff was excellent. I am very satisfied and hope to return again soon.

Lack of a vanity kit and some other cosmetical items you would typically expect in a hotel like this. Also, no bathrobes, you could only buy them. Can imagine, why it is the way it is, but still slightly disappointing.

A nice family-friendly nicely located hotel. Easy access to the beach and close to the bus station. All in all, can highly recommend for staying with kids due to kid-friendly amenities – pool, kids club, etc.

Nothing. If I was nitpicking I'd say that the decor of the restaurant did not match the level of the cuisine offered... But hey, it's the food that counts.

Everything. But top of the list would be the staff. From the minute we entered the hotel we were greeted with a smile and offers to assist us in any way possible. The bar and waiting staff in all areas of the hotel were very pleasant and obliging. We ate in the restaurant one evening and were blown away by the level of service and standard of food. Forgot to mention the lovely experience I had in the spa also.. It was evident that this hotel puts service with a smile on top of their priorities in delivering the best experience to their clients.

There was no air con and the street noise was too loud to sleep. We had to buy fan ourselves in order to keep the door closed. In that alone the staff were not helpful. Otherwise they were excellent. The other was that hotel prices don't include tourist tax. This was our first time to have it added to the final figure in Spain.

Breakfast was cold, plenty of choice but not worth the money if you wanted a cooked breakfast, this really let the place down.
