The hotel building has a rooftop bar that is not part of the hotel. It has a separate entrance from that of the hotel, but the cigarette smoke from the bar patrons sometimes could be felt the next morning when you exited the hotel through a shared hallway.

The hotel had a snack room in the basement with complementary coffee, tea, ice, fruits and snacks. Every morning we found pastries and bottled water at our door, which was a nice touch.

We had the perfect stay! Great location but quiet at nights. Staff was very friendly! Very clean , comfortable bed. They have lounge with free drinks and snacks and every morning we received two bottles of water and pastries! We will definitely return in our next time in Madrid

The rooms are nice but the layout is not confortable, specially when you have a kid with you. Having a way to lock your toilet door is important when you have a toddler! The hotel is hard to find, you have to go thru a hall and there're no clear indication that you need to ring the doorbell at the end in irder to enter the hotel, you really need more signs and better indications.

Great location! Literally at just a few meters (yards) from Puerta del Sol. The rooftop bar is great! Loved the little treats bag at our door every morning. Staff was great everytime and helpful. It was clean and the room was serviced every day of our stay. In general great for couples.

Great location just off the Puerta del Sol. Close to the tourist sights and a wide array of excellent bars, restaurants and shops. My room overlooked the courtyard and was very quiet, despite the Dos de Mayo festivities going on during my stay. There was no coffee/tea facilities in the room but a breakfast of water and pastries was delivered to the door in a bag each morning. There is a lounge in the basement of the hotel with free coffee, juice, pasties and fruit, open 24hrs. Very helpful and pleasant staff at check-in.

Huge room- bigger than expected especially right in the middle of the city area. Great location near Sol metro and train station and near shopping districts. Free Beverages of all kinds and complimentary breakfast snacks provided (fruit and pastries).

Hotel was amazing, very good location, in the centre of the city. The cleanest hotel I have ever been to, big thank you for the cleaning team doing their job properly!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious, huge bed, very comfy and nice. Little goodie bag left on our door handle every morning, was very cute. Also the small “kitchen” with free tea, coffee, juices and fruits in 24hrs is a cool thing. Rooftop bar is nice. Loved staying here and would choose it again!!!
