A little bit noizy at night - not because people haveing fun but because strong acoustics of the building.

That the reception is at another location which is quite far away from the apartment. The value for money - our expectations were bigger.

The amount of keys. The safety of the apartment. The professionalism of the reception staff. The location is quite far from the reception, but the apartment itself is really close to a metro station, which is great!

If you sleep in sofa is not too comfortable. Problem with key and applications and we loose some time till support comes and give us card to unlock the door.

Was bigger and enough for 5-6 persons. If you call emergency number they response anytime.

We liked everything

we are satisfied with the visit in Barcelona and the apartment. Communication with the agency was very good. There were small problem with the digital key, but they were resolved quickly. A little note for those in apartment 2962, the door is next to the one where it is written 20. Inside the apartment is everything you need. I recommend the property!

The window in the bathroom was broken, which means moisture and smells could not escape easier then just the vent. This did have a sign explaining it was broken and on notice for being fixed.

The location was central to most historic locations, whether it was by public transport or walking distance. This includes a pharmacy, grocery store, and bakery within a block. The apartment was clean and full of the basic commodities, including a few small welcome packages including simple cleaning supplies, like soap and sponge, and small packets of oil, sugar, salt, and vinegar for cooking. The kitchen had many items for cooking. When we had problems or questions, the online portal allowed us to communicate with staff quickly, such as a leaking AC unit or missing baby cot (play pen) that were resolved within the next day.

We were 5 people for 6 nights, so 3 toilet papers weren't enough, even though we were at home only at night. It would be good if we had more supplies, so we wouldn't have to buy more and then leave them behind.

Digital key entry a bit variable - didn’t always work. Noisy road would have been ok were it not for the dreadful fit of windows & balcony door - almost impossible to sleep. Living room shutters broken, fortunately only two of us staying so didn’t need sofa bed.

Some kitchen items require replacing - main pan, we lacked proper wine glasses. But overall - everything was good!

We were looking for the property at this location, the AB Gracia was perfect for our two-weeks stay! The furniture was in good condition. Bathroom, kitchen were perfect for us. All appliences worked, the appartment was clean and neat. The heating worked good - we arrived at warmer time but were leaving at colder in December. The communication with the management company was easy - calls and WhatsApp, quick responce rate, thank you!!! The App for keys workered all right - never failed. It required the initial set-up and getting used to it for the first entry, but after that - just used it.

we had some problems with the key at the beginning, we are young and we were able to arrange it all over the phone. If my mother came, she wouldn't even know how to get the digital key. It is very bad that your office is a bit far away, because it is still a big problem to get the key to the office with suitcases and bags. Maybe it would be easier if someone brought the key to the apartment, considering the price we paid. We also had trouble finding the dishes because they were in the corner cupboard, when we called and wrote to you, you kept telling us to look better, but you could just write where exactly they are stored.

the apartment is very very nice, we were very surprised that you have a smart TV, which is a very, very big plus! We loved that we had 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was also very well equipped, from toaster, microwave, water heater, coffee machine, ...

Welcome packs are cute but are really only enough for 1 night’s stay. Tiny little oil, two sachets salt, 2 sachets pepper, one tablet for washing clothes. Could do enough for multiple days or just some basics like tea towels, or salt and pepper in the cupboards for the price.

Beautiful apartment, could comfortably fit a few people and had great facilities. Quiet neighbourhood, 5 mins walk to Metro and bus stations. Right near a supermarket and gym.

The key in the phone application did not work, I had to call the support service. The renovation is new, but some things are already broken. It's time to change the sofa, can't sleep on it anymore...

The digital key was tricky. My adult daughter who was with us was able to assist. I wish someone would meet us to show us everything in the apartment and provide actual keys. Location of keys was a distance from apartment. Washer and dryer in one also a little tricky. The first try of the washer, there was a leak, but second time was better. Found tiny ants on counters, table, and by water spout in upstairs bathroom. Not sure where they came from. We could not leave fruit or bread out. My kids slept on the bed. They said it was not that comfortable and a little tight. I slept on the couch and it was comfortable. It was a little odd that there were steps to a downstairs second floor with a nice bath with shower, a large empty room and two small rooms not furnished. It was a bonus for with the extra bathroom. Floor has large scratches where the couch was located and by the bedroom door. Planks of flooring pulled up in certain spots maybe from prior water damage? There was a chip in the tub. Tricky finding the pots and pans. They were in the corner cabinet.

We liked the location. It was new, big, safe, quiet, clean, close to the metro, and the Fiesta Mayor. It had strong ac (so important in the summer), good running water, nice 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, stove fan/vent, TV, toaster, electric kettle, washer/dryer, large refrigerator, utensils, plates, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, toiletries, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, etc. Closet with hangers, good interior lighting. Staff was attentive in responding when there was a problem.

check-in process was VERY confusing. address in post and after making reservation always referenced corporate office from management company creating not only false advertisement but confusion to find the exact apt location.

we were five adults in a family, but only had 4 beds, my sister slept on old sofa bed, it was very discomfort. The online system to check.in and put deposit were complicated and difficult to follow. Message between the host and us were not effective even confusing. The room address was wrong and exact room number were not written on the door. We spent almost 30minutes searching around the apartment block to find the room.That was ridiculous especially we arrived in late night.

Location is good near the metro station. The room is spacious.

If the owner can prepare kitchen towels and napkins should be great. It’s located in the downtown area, and if you need quite space during your sleep time, you might disappoint.

It was nice to stay in the old town of Barcelona. Walking distance to the local restaurants, markets, and metro station.

The walls are made of paper. You can hear everything in the street and at the neighboura (trash truck at 3 am, someone driving at 4, neigbours retourning at 5...) We basicly couldnt sleep properly for 2 nights. The appartment its ok but it lacks maintenance. Too expensive for the price.

Sometimes noise came from the streets, but I guess we have to blame the noisy people and maybe thin walls haha.

The apartment was very cosy and clean, location was decent. Living room and kitchen facilities give you an opportunity to dine in if you wish, which is great when you're tired from walking all day.

1-) islolation of windows is very poor and too much noisy and of course cold. 2-) bathroom window is not closed properly and too much cold diffucult taking shower 3-) one day morning somebody came for fixing electricity problem but without give information at 08:30 in morning 4-) they have coffe machine but without any capsul, at least 2, 3 pieces must have.
