The breakfast was very bad - same breakfast everyday - old stale croissants, canned fruits, stale donuts and hardly any options. The staff are very nice and the coffee is excellent.

Breakfast will be served in a restaurant next door, and in my opinion is lacking of variety, warm options and fresh fruits. Also you do not have a lounge area in the hotel.

The location is great, walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, but not in a noisy area. The space of the rooms are bigger than usual.

Somewhat weird choices when it comes to which way the shower doors swing towards (but that's maybe just a personal quirk). Also, the lack of a proper closet in the sense of having doors that one can close.

Located right in the middle of Gros, this hotel's location can hardly be better. At the same time, even though you're in the middle of Donostia's social life, there's hardly any disturbance and no noisy neighbours. The value for money is really good too.

Great location in a quiet street. Easy to walk everywhere. When we checked in we had two singles and asked for the double room we had booked. They were full but said we could swap rooms the next day but honestly it just seemed too hard. Whilst we were out they swapped the mattress for us to a double - we were absolutely delighted by their effort and it was the difference between a good stay and a great one. Amazing staff.

I can list the absence of a refrigerator and a normal wardrobe as some of the inconveniences. Also there wasn't a kettle but we found a capsule coffee machine in the room and since we only slept and took a shower at the hotel, absence of kettle didn't become a problem for us. Additionally, the shower and the toilet are in different locations. However, it's more a matter of habit. The most important point is that everything was cozy and clean.

Location of the hotel is very comfortable. Everything was close by, so we didn't need transportation. The room was small, but we had expected that. We had a room with a balcony with beautiful views. Superb hygiene standards. Very helpful and kind staff. Furthermore, the cost was reasonable. Since we were breakfast excluded, I cannot rate it. I would love to stay here once more when I visit San Sebastian in the future.

Lovely friendly place to stay. Because a room was available, we were given early check-in which greatly helped. A welcoming card in the Irish language language set the friendly tone for the entire visit. Definitely recommend!

Paper cups in the bathroom need to be exchanged every few days. That did not happen. I had to ask. The price was expensive for a 2 star hotel - I should have booked earlier to lock in a lower rate.

We would have liked a kettle and cups in the room.

We loved that the hotel was close to the city centre so that we could walk everywhere, but far enough away so that it wasn't noisy at all. We thought the staff were exceptionally helpful. The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable.

Staff were lovely and helpful, room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Also excellent location! Our room was also ready early so we were able to check in at 11:30. The 12pm checkout was also nice.

The breakfast arrangements are poor. You must go to the cafe next door. The selection of food was very limited and not replaced as required. For example there was only 1 croissant cut in half. The lady in charge was unhelpful and rude. She was too busy setting up tables and chairs outside to attend to us. It's a pity because otherwise we'd love to stay at this hotel again.

The room was very comfortable and well furnished. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
