We were extremely well looked after long before we left Ireland by Enrico who made sure we knew how to check in and answered any queries we had. He was on hand to meet us even though we arrived quite late as our flight was delayed. The apartment is compact and very comfortable with a fantastic attention to detail. There is everything from an iron to an adaptor, washing detergent and plenty of clean towel and water on arrival. He is also a mine of useful information and goes above and beyond his duty to provide recommendations for places to eat and to organise transport to make our holiday a relaxing from beginning to end. We have already booked to come back in October!

First time in America's and loved it. Lot's bars and restaurants. Enrico, the manager, was very nice and helpful he gave us several nice places to eat . Our hotel room was perfect . Fantastic setting among palm trees. Could see the sun set on our balcony as it dropped to the sea. Nice host Enrico, great apartment ☺️

The only downside is the noisy bar next door which has live music during the afternoon. It wasn't a major problem for us as we were out most of the time but if you're wanting a bit of peace and quiet by the pool, this may not be the place for you.

Enrico is a great host and the apartment has a fantastic sea view from the balcony. It's a quick walk to the seafront and all the bars and restaurants.

There was nothing to not like, we had a fabulous stay.

The property was very well equipped and clean. The location couldn’t be any better, literally a 20 minute walk to Siam park, 10 min walk to the beach, bars & restaurants. Bed was very comfy, also had a sofa to lounge on during the day & a flat screen tv where we were able to plug our fire stick into and watch. Pool area was very clean & relaxing.

This property is very nice located close to the beach and restaurants, but also in a quiet area. It is very clean and has all the facilities we needed. The host, Enrico, was really helpful by giving us a lot of tips and ideas how to plan our time, where to eat and so on.

The walls were very thin. Unfortunately a loud arguing couple next door kept me awake a few nights.

Behind the quality of this apartment is Enrico! Trust his instructions. If he sends you directions to a good restaurant - go there. It's definitely worth it! If he tells you that a particular attraction is overrated, he's definitely right too! Perfect location and very good value for money! Thank you! A very enjoyable stay!

the equipment is very basic, owner should at least invest and buy some basic stuff like bottle of water for the welcome, a bit of tea, coffee, sugar, oil, towel paper and basic ingredients to be able to use the kitchen. bathroom could also be a bit renovated. very overpriced for basic standard

Perfect location (all shops, restaurants and beaches are close) and apartment itself (very clean, there is everything that you need for a comfortable stay). Parking is a huge advantage. Enrico was very helpful, thanks a lot!

Some people in the apartment complex seemed to be smoking in their rooms and when they left their door open, the whole hallway stunk. However, as the hallway is outside, it wasn't a real problem and surely not Enrico's fault!

Enrico was the best and always on time. He was very friendly and he also told us about lots of activities in the surrounding area. He specifically mentioned some vegan and vegetarian restaurants for us, too. Would always book with him again!

Everything about the property was perfect. The apartment was very clean and close to everything around the town. The owner of the apartment Enrico was fantastic and showed us the places to go around the town of Tenerife such as the best restaurants,bars etc. This was really kind of him as he didn’t have to do this but still took his time to give us this information. Our stay was 10/10 and would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here.

Nothing, everything was exceptional

Nice, clean and cozy apartment. There is everything you need there for comfortable stay. Apartment is located in 10 minutes from the beach, there are a lot of shops, restaurants and cafés as well. There is a big bus station in 2 minutes from apartment - you can catch a bus to any part of the island there. Very friendly host, met us, gave us tips and great advices. Thank you Enrico for such a great hospitality!
