Staff went the extra mile to make our stay special and to ensure that we enjoyed Palma. Central location but just in a side street and so very quiet. Lovely rooftop terrace for relaxing.

We didn’t feel the aircon was of a high enough standard. This unfortunately for us is a deal breaker and would mean we would not return but I am not sure everyone is quite so reliant on it. We changed rooms because our original room wouldn’t go below 23 (they had the technician out etc.) and although our new room improved a little we like an aircon that will be really cold as that’s just how we sleep better. We didn’t complain again because we didn’t want to ruin a short stay and I think that’s just the air con there…don’t expect it to get super cold perhaps. So if super cold air con is a concern that is our only con. It didn’t ruin our holiday and the hotel did what they could for us

The staff were absolutely excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we left They dealt with our issues with the aircon in our room very well and the best of their abilities Breakfast is lovely, so much on offer. One suggestion would be nicer coffee beans as they have such a great machine it’s a shame the beans are a bit meh. Maybe talk to the guys at sphere coffee round the corner…amazing coffee :) Terrace is lovely and has a sweet plunge pool I liked. Don’t expect a swimming pool it is just a very small cold water plunge pool. Mini spa is sweet and nice for an hr a day which is included for each room…it’s just a sauna and mini swimming pool but very nice and relaxing. Location great, quiet but right in the heart of palma centre Lovely gestures like Cava on arrival, water each day and little treats Cleaning was excellent every day

Our room was closer to the side street so there was a bit of noise outside, we think there's a school nearby as the sounds were from children playing outside, but since we're close to the city, that's to be expected.

My husband and I booked the Sant Jaume Design Hotel for my 30th birthday for three days, and the staff was so sweet, attentive, and accommodating. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival and the gentleman in the front took our luggage up to our room while they spoke to us about the property and all they offered. Our room was super clean, lux and we appreciated having our robes and slippers in the room. The welcome gifts in the room were also a nice touch. My husband booked me the 1hr and 15min massage the day of my birthday towards the evening and it was incredible. When I got back, my husband and the staff arranged a flower bouquet and a cake, it all looked amazing! The level of care from everyone was perfect and greatly appreciated. When we come to Palma from the USA, we'd definitely love to stay Sant Jaume Design Hotel again!

The sound proof of the coridors could be better. From outside it was good but from inside it could be improved.

Breakfast was very good. Location is perfect in the heart of the city, the room and treats are very good. Staff was briliant. If you want to stay in the old town, I definately recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is excellent with so much choice The staff were so attentive , they posted some cards for me and always asked was everything ok when we came or went. The location is great , it can be noisy at night but with the balcony door shut no sound gets through Lovely recommendations for food from the staff The pool areas are great

Amazing hotel right in the center of the old town of Palma with exceptional staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely roof terrace with a great view of the surrounding old town and a nice spa (with a heated pool and sauna) in the basement.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Especially the dinning room manager Cristobal. We had slept thru our dinner reservation at a restaurant. He personally helped me order and created a wonderful dinner and he even brought dinner up to our room. It was beyond kind.
