Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The interior of the Can Cera was an oasis of calm. It has excellent air conditioning and is superbly located in the old part of the city. Both these attributes were keenly appreciated by us after a hot day amongst the hustle and bustle of Palma. The staff at Can Cera are both highly attentive and friendly and you can expect an informative yet warm welcome.

It was very nice but also very quiet. If you are looking for very quiet in the heart of Palma then this is it. It only has a very small outdoor area.

How unique and special it was. Set in a beautiful location. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
