There is no particular in-house restaurant - except for the classic Cappuccino menu card which is of course available here. But wouldn't this extraordinary place merit a special opportunity to dine, too?

An incredibly pleasant place to stay that justifies the price you pay. We loved the curated individual breakfast service instead of the abundance of a buffet. Putting on a good hotel changes everything when you dive into visiting a city.

this hotel is a dream. From the service from the lovely staff before you arrive (email about what room you want, special occasion or not, ...), the check inn with free cocktail in the trendy bar, the reserved tables for hotel guests at the crowdy lovely terrace (sun or shade, ma'am?), the wonderful room with a view, the patio for breakfast or diner, and especially the beautiful design and colours of the interior .. I SIMPLY LOVE IT!!!

1. At arrival, around 10 a.m., our room was not ready, which is understandable. But we were told that we still had to wait after 3 p. m. to receive the room badge. As we returned to the hotel between 3 and 4 p. m., a friendly receptionist guided us to our room (the suitcases were already inside) and told us that he chose for us a room in the quiet part of the hotel, which we accepted, who wouldn’t? But arriving home and reading one more time the Booking.com description of our room (habitación superior, balcón) and also looking at the thumbnail picture of the room, we have the feeling that the Hotel Cappuccino gave us a lower category room, but for the same price of a superior room (the initial price at the Booking site was over 2.000 EUR for 4 nights, but the one we paid was 1.565,96 EUR, breakfast included). Perhaps we are wrong, but we travelled a lot through the world and that was definitely not a superior room for about 400 EUR per night. 2. The majority of the TV programs are in spanish or german languages, some in english. My wife speaks french/portuguese and the only french channel was a news channel! Because the channels are satellite channels, why just give consideration to mainly spanish, german and english speaking tourists? By satellite hundreds of channels at disposal should be a standard for this category of hotel.

The location, because our purpose was just staying in the historical centre of Palma city. High quality breakfast and perfect service.

The lack of plug sockets in the room (or proximity to the bedside tables specifically) was slightly annoying, we also had a problem with our air conditioning which wasn't resolved after telling reception - from looking at older reviews for this same type of room, it seems like the air con in this room has been an issue for a few years now. The room got very stuffy every night, and opening the balcony door wasn't an option as the street outside was noisy at night (this noise couldn't be heard with the door shut). Soundproofing was also questionable, we could hear the elephants walking around upstairs and furniture being dragged across the floor.

Location was excellent, right in the centre and very close to all the main sights. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area too. The hotel itself was lovely, very nicely furbished and proves you really do get what you pay for. The room and bathroom were big and the beds were comfortable. Staff were generally kind and helpful, and the restaurant served really delicious food, especially from the breakfast menu. All in all, we would stay here again, thank you!

The room we were in had two large flags on the balcony and it was very windy one night and the whole night they were banging and clattering which was not conducive to a good nights sleep. We mentioned this when checking out but the member of staff showed no interest. Wasn’t overly impressed as this was one of their most expensive suites.

I have been lucky to travel the world for many years there are now t many hotels staff locations that Have that magic touch Hotel Cappuccino and location does . The genuine friendliness of staff the atmosphere created I would return in a heartbeat The square the hotel is on is full of life it’s full Of interest and you really can watch the world go Past . Hotel Cappuccino has a lovely vibe! It’s stylish without being pretentious. We were in Palma for a Birthday Party and some of the other guests changed hotels to Cappuccino after having a drink with us in the bar. Absolutely loved it. A small Boutique Hotel with all the amenities in the heart of Palma!
