The room was small, but adequate and good for the price I paid.

Location. Just a short walk to the town centre, including the Plaza de Cervantes. Great atmosphere in the town during the weekend. Bathroom looked to be newly refurbished. Compact, but nice. Friendly staff. The bedroom was a small single, not luxury, but very good value. My second time at this hotel. Booked again for July. Aircon worked very well.

I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I could also hear loud snoring throughout the night because of the thin walls which was not the best. The bed was not the most comfortable.

The location was very close to public transit which made it easy to go into the city. It was also near various tapa bars and cafes. The staff were kind and helpful. Affordable place to stay for a weekend.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, since its very near to the city center and also near a big supermarket. The size of the room was okay and the beds were very comfortable. It also has 24hour reception service and elevator. There was ac as well, which we didn't use.

The windows do not close well. The room and the bathroom are very small.

The hotel is central. It is very close to absolutely anything: historical center, bus station, train station, shops. The hotel is clean, the room and the bathroom are very small. There is only one big problem, the windows do not close well, and if it is winter as in our case it will be cold. The problem with the windows I understand that all the hotel rooms have. The staff is very kind.

3 out of the 4 beds were uncomfortable and 1 was dipping in (as if was broken) and very short beds. I'm 5'8ft (173cm) and my feet were hanging off the end. Bedrooms are a bit tight too but for the price, you can't really complain!

Beds were comfortable, but a little short; I'm 5'10" and my feet reached the very end of the bed. Also the walls are pretty thin so you can hear people talking in the rooms around you.

Very convenient location - 10 minute walk to the train station, 5 minute walk to Calle Mayor shopping and food. Very friendly and helpful staff. In general very comfortable. Friendly staff at the restaurant down the street where breakfast is served.

I never appreciate a bathroom without windows, but for a short stay it's ok.

I stayed just one night and it was enough, but I'd suggest it to anyone who went to Alcalà and tour the town for a couple of days. It's location is strategically perfect and it has everything one might need for a short stay. After all, in a couple of days you'll have visited the city.

Rooms dirty bed linen had hairs in them , cushions on bed had stains , no toilet paper , bedroom widow didn’t lock and blind didn’t go fully down the gym across the street have a flashing light which stayed on all night ?and we were on the ground floor , there were people in the room next to us fighting all night and early the next morning, myself and my daughters checked out the next morning we didn’t stay for the next night , and I booked another hotel as we hadn’t slept all night because of noise and dirty bed linen , and when we raised these concerns to the girl at the desk she abused us and followed us out on to the street and continued to abused us . This is not a hotel as advertised but more like a hostel

I like everything, only one thing is to send to traveller direction or map how to get to hotel,it would be easier to find.

Hotel is located near the station and near old town in Alcala de henares. Room was comfortable and with air condition which is important during hot summers in Spain.
