The room was too small for a king bed. It took up the whole room and made it difficult to move around or access the closet. It would have been better with a queen bed and a little more space. Also, the breakfast menu was a bit confusing as it wasn't clear which items were available in the buffet and which ones had to be ordered from the kitchen.

The staff all spoke good English and were helpful and professional. Room was well-appointed with nice amenities, including robes, toiletries, mini-fridge, and a safe. Nice central location within walking distance of many attractions. Breakfast options to suit a variety of tastes.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. There is a small lobby, bar and restaurant with a nice interior. We stayed there for 3 days and whenever we had to deal with staff, all of them very really helpful and friendly and went an extra mile to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We could not have wished for more. We had a smallish room but a huge terrace, probably twice the size of the room, so I’d recommend to go for the room with a terrace. Everything was spotless, clean and comfortable. Also location is a big plus as it’s dead centre in the old town, next to the central market.

It was a holiday and too crowded in Valencia. Certainly not the hotels doing.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The location was very central. Breakfast was buffet plus order off a menu and had good coffee options.

We loved the location of the hotel - very close to all the sights. The breakfast was excellent and bed was very comfortable. Staff at reception were most helpful and friendly.

The hotel was perfect. We stayed two nights, one upon arrival in Spain and another night when leaving. The customer service is outstanding. Carlota went above and beyond upon our arrival giving information on Valencia and provided a complimentary bottle of Cava since it was my birthday. Augustin and Andrea also provided excellent service during both of our stays, as well as the young man who escorted my daughter to the taxi when we were leaving. The location is as central as you can find. The best part was the comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was awesome as well as the Rituals body products. I can’t comment on the breakfast since we didn’t partake.

Great place on a side street, 1.5 blocks from a metro in Lavapies, a very cool area with great access to major attractions. Wonderful staff -- everyone so friendly and helpful. Room is modern, minimal, quiet, spotless. Has a little refrigerator. No breakfast included, but has a nice kitchen, frig, Illy coffeemaker, tea and snacks. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our room was small per European standards but the terrace was very large with a lovely view of the city. We were there for "las fallas" and it was crazy but amazing. The food was good and the staff wonderful!!

The staff was always friendly. Our room was clean and modern yet comfortable. The location, right in the city center, was unbeatable. Everywhere we walked, it was so easy to make it back to the hotel. We forgot that breakfast was included, and they’ve offered to refund us that price!

Super friendly staff, always happy to help with anything. Super nice, comfortable and clean room. I found the bed really comfortable 😊. I think this is great value for money and I will definitely come back!
