What I didn’t like about the hotel was that it didn’t have any entertainment for English-also they did not cater vegetarians

Meal selection, repetitive, not much meat dishes.

Room was perfect. Daily cleaning. Were on the 6th floor, nice view. Hotel close to almost anything to assist your needs and wants, Near the beach and Salou bus terminal. Breakfast were very good, omelette cooked with fillings as you want. Fruits , cereals and great selection on bread, cheese, sausages and cold cuts.

-Parking is back to the 60s. Dreadful outside parking. But I think it's all of the Salou like that to be honest. -Scary garage with your granny's rusty scrap door that has no sensors. Unsafe and you have to be a Schumacher to park any car at this hotel especially the garage. -Haven't changed our bedsheets for 7 nights ( we were booking extra nights at reception) -anything you have to figure out at reception takes at least half an hour with 5 people running around speaking to each other and clicking smth on "computers" :) I think they have no clue. Keep writing smth down in numerous books with their..... pens )))) again- back to the 60s) Otherwise very nice actually. All of this haven't spoiled our stay a tiny bit!

Overall the hotel was friendly comfortable and back- in- time nice. Very comfortable big beds, lots of older people making our stay quiet and safe. Best location

This is not actually a problem. On the first day staying at the hotel we found some spiders or bugs on the curtains and window. We were very concerned about it, talked to the hotel staff and they explained to us why we should not and used some spray to get the bugs away. But the next day we saw them just flying into the room through the balcony door, realized that they were harmless and just ignored them later.

The hotel is nice - not new, but clean, cosy and convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is super - not far from the town center and in just 3-5 minutes away from the sea beach on foot. Therefore you should not be concerned about the small swimming pool you might find in the hotel photos (and it is really small), we used it just once. What is definitely worth mentioning is the hotel restaurant - it is awesome. I booked a hotel with breakfasts, lunches and dinners included and did not regret it. The food was just super - delicious, various and of course very Spanish.

WiFi was non existent unless you were in reception. Reception staff were quite unfriendly although the other staff were nicer.Food quality was not great, although there was plenty choice. Our room was very dark with a small balcony but I think we were just unlucky with the allocation.

Location is excellent, rooms are very clean and larger than other hotels. Pool area was good and pool bar was reasonably priced. I would stay again but maybe only B&B.

Food in the restaurant not kept hot - nice food but left out not on hotplates. I hate food that isn't served hot. No dressing table - maybe because we had an apartment with fridge, microwave etc No English tv - Only news channels Entertainment was mediocre and started very late

The bed was amazing, big and comfortable - such a big bedroom. The air con was good. Lovely bathroom - nice hot walk in shower. The balcony was huge on a corner room overlooking the pool, sunny all day too. Bar area very attractive Maid service brilliant! Food was plentiful and of good quality. We enjoyed the hot food service for stir fry etc Very efficient service in restaurant which was immaculately clean

The hairdryer in the room cuts out every few minutes. Not much English speaking channels on the tv.

The internet connection in my room was poor. I missed out on a lot of communications that came in while I was in the room. I could get them late after reaching the reception.

The location of the hotel made it very easy for me to move around. The staff at the reception were very helpful in all ways at all times.

Would be great to renovate rooms a bit: 1) fridge was old -> got unfired + leaked a few times 2) sofa is very old and uncomfortable, not sure it can be used to sleep on (we didn't but in case you're planning to) But overall the room was nice

Dinner was great, beyond expectations! Great variety of dishes: seafood / meat / salads / side dishes / desserts etc. Several times a week there was salmon, mussels or shrimp. Location is perfect: quite, central, close to the beach (2-3 min). Staff was very warm and helpful, whenever we had a question / problem it was immediately solved.

WIFI signal was very very low in our room. Had to use a lobby location for work.

Good stuff. Nice room. Wonderful and tasty breakfast. Very good location.
