If I had to be really picky, the water pressure for the shower wasn’t great. But that was really minor and was still hot and nice enough.

I messaged in advance as I was due to arrive early into Bendorm. Joseph replied saying it wasn’t a problem, if the room wasn’t ready I could leave my bag. As it happened, it was ready. Check in was quick and friendly. I loved my room. 2 bed 5th floor with sea view, excellent air con, lovely en-suite and fantastic balcony and view. The room had plenty of storage and even a decent sized fridge with a free bottle of water. Breakfast was simple but tasty and a nice extra. Love this place, what a great find on the sea front close to the Old Town.

Walls are like paper, you can hear everything people in rooms next door, people talking outside and windows are single glazed so outside activities throughout the nights and traffic first thing

Room small although absolutely adequate for a 2 night stay. Didn't get a sea view, although im not sure if they were all booked or if you need to request this on booking. Room on 7th floor but lift only went to 5th floor. Okay for us as we did not have large cases

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean with basic toiletries. Hotel is in an excellent location for everything.. 5min walk to car park, a lot of shops, bars and restaurants. right on the front. Small supermarket within walking distance for supplies, water etc. rooms serviced daily

Just the downhill breakfast. Everything else was great value, great location and comfortable room with fab shower

The breakfast was amazing the first morning, though a bit cold. The next two mornings after it was like the first mornings had been reheated. Wouldn’t do breakfast there again.

The only thing we would add, is tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Us Brits do like to have a beverage on tap!

The location is perfect, close to all the bars etc and just across the road from the beach. The rooms are big and spacious and the balconies have a great view. The staff as ever were friendly and very helpful. We will keep on coming back because we love it here

Would have preferred a double bed as that was what I booked.

Lovely, fresh, clean hotel with a pop art character (colourful) and attentiv3e, friendly staff. Great location with great view of the small harbour and beach. Perfect for a basic B&B type stay for a few days. As a three star it ticked all boxes and the breakfast buffet was easily adequate.

We reported an issue with the toilet when we first checked in room but it didn't get resolved or fixed in the 4 days we were there even though it had supposedly been reported to maintenance

The bedding was probably a little heavy for the temperatures that we experienced during our stay . A sheet option on the bed would have rectified that .

Location was great very close to the old town for easy access to bars and nightlife. We were literally right on the beach with a fantastic sea view from our balcony.
