We had a perfect stay. The staff was so welcoming and kind. The room very clean and quiet, comfy beds, a lovely terrace. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the city center is a 10 minute walk away.

The room was really big and clean. Biggest bed that we ever saw in any hotel. There was a garage with easy access and big parking space. Price for parking is fair as it is similar everywhere. You can walk directly to the hotel from the garage. Stuff was nice and friendly. The location is great! Just a few minutes walk to the city center so we didn't use transport, but if you need it there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Didn't try breakfast.

As part of the amenity in the room was a bottle of water which we drank fully on the 2nd night and during our 5 days stay it was not replaced. There was a menu in the room which gave the impression that there is room service. At our surprise the hotel doesn't offer room service, the menu is from a supplier that can deliver from outside the hotel. Despite the fact that we knew that there wouldn't be a kettle or coffee tea making in the room, yet the hotel category and for the price paid, the hotel should consider including it in the rooms.

took a taxi so I thought it was far from city centre but it was closer to city centre than I initially thought as you can just walk around to plaza de espana, palace, etc. really clean, modern room.

Parking could have been easier. More information could have been given of the procedure for accessing the car park before arrival.

The hotel was in a good location & the room was extremely comfortable. We were upgraded to a room with a terrace. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The room was spacious and appeared exactly the same as in the photographs. I was pleasantly surprised to even have a terrace with a few sofas to myself. I wish I was able to stay a couple of more days in the hotel.

This was our first time visiting Seville . The Hotel is the best you can choose . It is very close to the centre just 10 mins away . The room is very clean . The breakfast is exceptional and very good ! We highly recommend this place 😍

The location of the hotel is good, not far from the river and the cathedral. The room was clean and had a nice terrace. Unfortunately it is without a coffee machine, which would be necessary for the early flight home:)

The only issue was the car park. Firstly, finding it - we drove round looking for an entrance and only found a public car park round the corner. It turns out that there is a special area of this car park. But no one tells you to enter a public car park to find the hotel car park! It would be helpful if the hotel provided this information. The second issue is the EV chargers. We chose this hotel precisely because Booking.com shows it has a private underground car park with EV charger. It turns out that the chargers require an app that we didn't have and couldn't sign up for.

The room was pleasant with a decent shower. Breakfast was good.
