As someone who’s gluten intolerant and often struggles to find suitable options, I was exceptionally impressed with their service. Although they didn’t have gluten-free pasta initially, they went out of their way to get it upon my request. The same level of care was shown at breakfast, where they prepared a plate of gluten-free pastries just for me. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers’ needs. This was just the start of the good service. Throughout our stay, there was always someone checking if we needed anything or promptly fulfilling our requests. The staff always had a smile on their faces and genuinely made us feel happy and at home. It is the most exceptional service I’ve ever experienced. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the staff always ensuring things were cleaned immediately. Their attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment was truly impressive.

The hotel isn't very well sound proofed, so you can hear whatever is going on outside your room in the corridor or in the room next door. I had a couple of bad night sleeps due to noisy neighbours (loud drunken sex and then long showers - yes the walls are so thin, you can hear people showering) and then a couple of mornings I was woken by the chatter of the cleaning team in the corridors outside. The balconies are only separated by frosted glass, so again it's just really noisy when your neighbours are out (and we did have particularly noisy neighbours on the one side, unfortunately). The coffee machines at breakfast aren't great (the coffee and the milk are lukewarm at best) and the electrics in our room left a lot to be desired. The lighting system is a little too complicated and our aircon broke on one occasion and the receptionist very kindly came up and did a fuse box reset. The TV would sometimes turn on instantly and other times would give an error message. The only other gripe is that our toilet door had about a half inch gap around it, and considering it was close to the hotel room door / bedroom, it just didn't feel that private. You could clearly see if somoene was using the facilities if you were in the area. I didn't like that. I can't really fault the hotel on anything else, but the lack of soundproofing between the rooms / balcony / corridor means I wouldn't stay there again... which is a shame, as it's a really beautiful hotel.

The staff were by far the very best thing about the hotel and they were absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived to the time we left. The hotel itself is lovely, it's large, new, clean and the pool is a good size too. The room we had was spacious and clean and has a very "brand new" feel to it. Excellent products available in the shower too. The breakfast area is large and there's plenty of choice every day. You can walk to Puerto Banus in 25 minutes or you can walk to Marbella Old Town in just over an hour and 10... so the location is perfect if you like to walk (we do) or if you don't mind spending around 10 to 15 euros in a taxi from Marbella Old Town.

While we had a mostly enjoyable stay, there were a few things that didn't quite meet our expectations: *While breakfast was delicious, we found the food at the swimming pool area to be lacking. It didn't quite match the quality of the breakfast spread. *When we tried to order drinks at the cafeteria, we were disappointed to find that some items were unavailable. Additionally, there were no cups or mugs provided for serving, which made the experience a bit inconvenient. *We encountered some issues with the phone in our room, which unfortunately meant we couldn't use room service or request assistance with tasks like luggage pickup. *Lastly, we noticed that the window in the shower and the door didn't close properly, which affected our privacy and comfort during our stay.

The place was so clean and beautiful. You can tell that a lot of effort goes into keeping it nice, which made us feel cozy and relaxed. *The staff was amazing! There wasn't anything I didn't like, i booked the spa a couple of times which cost 20£, this was a little excessive considering it's a very small spa with a sauna and large jacuzzi. The time limit was 45 minutes, not much time for relaxation.

This is a fabulous hotel, the staff are helpful and lovely to all guests. very quiet at all times, if you are looking for some excitement there are bars and restaurants local.

Great hotel - lovely breakfast with staff who were truly attentive and caring throughout the hotel. Very accommodating with all requests. The pool area was really relaxed - great pool bar for lunch/drinks and very comfortable cabana style beds. Small gym to keep you ticking over and a nice private Spa area available as an addition. Very clean throughout - feels like we found a little gem in an excellent area to get to Puerto Banus / Old Town

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by such helpful, welcoming staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Throughout our stay the staff gave us guidance and tips to navigate the area, transport and provided superb recommendations. They adapted and catered for our every request whether it was in terms of food, towels, etc. Xavier and Carlos were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Food was delicious. Drinks were divine. Room is perfect and really modern. Everything was spotless! We will definitely be returning soon! Highly recommend.

Even though the hotel is open all year round, it felt like it was only just open and getting going for the season during our stay in early April. The number of staff was limited, one at the bar, often not immediately available as doing jobs elsewhere, one or two at breakfast, etc. As a result, service was not up to 5 star standard experienced elsewhere. Even though the staff were friendly and helpful, the bar wasn't fully stocked and the person on the bar would have to go downstairs for supplies, etc. The pool area, despite barely used, wasn't fully clean and tended to. The outdoor bar area was closed, fine as not busy, but looked dirty and abandoned, etc. Any outdoor tables used took hours to be cleared. Outdoor music breaking up, no staff around to hear to even be aware. Overall, this gave a feeling that the hotel was understaffed and/or the staff that were there were not quite on top of things. Location was ok, but in an area being (re)developed, therefore recommend Ubers or a car to get around.

The hotel opened 9 months ago and the facilities, fittings and finish are new and high quality. The rooms are very comfortable, as are the sun loungers around the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food we paid for was good, included breakfast was ok. Overall, we had a comfortable stay, owing to the facilities.

Brand new modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent price-quality ratio. Located centrally between Marbella Old Town and Puarto Banus. Many options to go to by foot available too. We will very gladly return here in the future!

I wish the indoor sauna/ pool did not cost extra. I deem this a bit unfair seeing as it was too cold to swim outside and we already paid a substantial amount for our stay.

Amazing hotel, top notch. Room was amazing; very big, very clean and very well designed with a great terrace. Hotel itself was also very well designed and stylish. Food was very good quality and stuff was really amazing. Its not far from the beach. There is a short cut from the hotel which you can easily be in the beach within 5-7minutes walk. Bed was super comfy and super king size.

The minor details in the room. For example, the shower door doesn't close properly. The mattress is a bit too hard. Few minor issues, not very concerning.

The hotel is clean. It seems it just got opened not too long ago. I like the size of my room. It was spacious, especially my terrace. The location is not bad. However, if you do not have a car, it may be an issue. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
