Food could do with a change basically same food each time

I paid for 2 separate rooms as my brother likes his own space, i have been many times to Gala and Troya as i strongly recommend them, only fault was we were given rooms round the back where you had no view of the pool, beach or any sunset. Also because we were round the back you heard the cleaners, bar staff bottling up and lorries/deliveries early in the morning which disturbed our sleep. This was my brothers first time, I've been at least 4 or 5 times to Gala so always had a lovely experience, i was kinds gutted for him that his 1st time coming was my worst located room location. I have already booked 2 more rooms for us to return next May, i'm hoping we are located in a better area next time :)

The breakfast: The pancakes was from day before. They haven't been fresh. They preheated . The croissant first they was put out from last day . We had breakfast all the time around 8.30/8.45 When finished from last day they put out the fresh ones. What I didn't liked be honest. When we arrived for dinner in 15 minutes was empty the fruit ,and cake's plates. I'm remember was 4 time in 10 days was telling the staff if the can refill. They was next to the fruit and cake section. I have got the answer go please tell the sheff who is next to the grill . Well I was little bit sad . I was working for 25 years in hospitality. Need just one minute to move to tell the college to refill. Sorry for my grammar ,I'm Hungarian but living in UK . One more think sorry really but maybe can help in the future. When they cleaned the table under the tables,all the tables was very dirty. The rooms was very clean and all was was cleaned and changed the towels to . Thank you Regards Agnes Benke. I will be recommending for my friends because we where enjoy our time in your hotel. However your hotel was recommended by our friends who they come very often to your hotel .

Room furnitire is a bit overused, slightly damaged. The hotel is close to a busy nightlife area too, so all nights there is loud music till 4 am. The water is pretty cold in the outdoor pools, although it may be due to weather (March). The room safe is 2.5 EUR per day, which is kind of funny in a big hotel like this.

The staff was very kind. The food was perfect. Location was also good in terms of how close was everything we needed.

Air conditioning set in rooms....no control over it! One of the pools was closed for repair. Restaurant floor could have been cleaner! No English TV....not sure if it was to do with the storms back home!!

For 4 start hotels, there is no bathrobes, only I special rooms. Which is weird coz all 4 starts hotels all rooms must have bathrobes and flip flops. Balcony was dusty in the room. On breakfast not many coffee matchings so was always big queues. And gym is really old. No air conditioning and some cardio machines are broken or old.

Good location, we was lucky that our room was facing out of the clubs so we didt hear them that much. Good food in halfbord. Nice swimming pools.

I didn't like the breakfast (almost unhealthy stuff and very bad coffee); I asked for a bright room on an upper floor with a bit of a view and got the complete opposite; Spa is not included in the price - they offered 2pax for the price of one, what didn't help me as a Single at all. After paying the room, dinner etc for two (but being alone) I decided to stop that nonsense at the Spa

nice pool area; nice and huge dinner buffet; great low prices for drinks; nice small shop in the hotel with important toiletery basics etc, chips and water for low prices; friendly staff; pretty save place for my bike in the luggage room

First 3 days kids pool was heated, but later was not, pool area the tiles were broken and it was difficult to walk without shoes

The Alexandre group close their pool side snack bars when the lunch menu is on - it’s frustrating at times as you want to not leave the pool to go in for formal lunch - and the hotel gala was no different. Thankfully having stayed in some of the sister hotels I was aware of this quirk and could work around it but it would be a nice thing to change especially as the other all inclusive in the Sol and h10 have the pool bar open for food all the time

Went all inclusive to this hotel. Overall a good deal for the amount paid - it’s a good location and not too far off the beaten track if you want to head out and about. Lots of choice at the buffet at all meals. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and well maintained throughout the days I was there.
