When we arrived the towels in our room were dirty and the replacements took 45 minutes to arrive, which after spending the day travelling and the only thing you want is to freshen up with a shower, wasn’t the best.

Great location and facilities. Pool and public areas all spotlessly clean. Spa was great, both the massage and the facilities.

You had to pay an additional fee if you wanted to use the Spa. I think if you pay for a hotel room and they have a Spa, you should have the right to use the Spa. If somebody who is not staying in the hotel, but wansta use it has to pay for the Spa, it's understandable, but the hotel guests shouldn't do.

I liked the food, it was delicious and abundant. The environment was nice and chill. I liked the program that the hotel offered for us during the evening we spent there. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Lounge balcony view of the drop off to the hotel, and the taxi stand. Bedroom window, kept the blinds shut, because people walking pass the room can see in. Short hilly walk to the local shops, not suitable for wheelchairs.

We made an unplaned stop do to medical reasons. Reception allowed us time to sort things out, and were very helpful. Did not use much of the hotel, so cannot comment, but it seemed more of a party crowd then family's.

The bar did not take cash, but i paid over 400 euros for the room with cash.

The noise at night, you can hear the bass of the nightclubs every night until 2am. Also we thought it was more of a family hotel but it was a mix of party goers young people, families and golfers! But the vibe was fine for young children in the day around the pool- just a little noisy at night sometimes. Also my little boy slipped on the floor by the water slide every time he walked around to the slide. I asked reception if they could do anything but they couldn’t. I think you need to sort this issue or you’ll have an accident soon. We dealt with it by laying a spa towel on the floor every day, but not ideal!

The staff were so lovely and friendly. The food was fantastic. We were half board and I was a bit worried from previous comments but we found the food really high quality, hot, lots of choice and variety every day for the whole week- the highlight was the bbq night and Mexican night food. The deserts section was incredible and lots of fresh fruit. Fresh bread with dinner. I couldn’t fault the food. The swimming pool was great and splash zone. The cleaners came every day and the views of the golf course are lovely. Amazing park. Walk to town is fine- we did it with a double buggy every day- it takes about 15 minutes

Food was ok could have been better. Breakfast cant go wrong but by end of week dinner was getting old… hotel tried hard but ….. also i didn’t like the fact that the kitchenette of the hotel room was locked… they wanted you to buy everything at hotel just incase you wanted to bring in food ….

The buffet food was not the greatest.. we had dinner here the first night we arrived.. oh dear, not good at all.. we were actually delighted we didn’t choose half board or even all inclusive!! There is an Asian fusion restaurant on-site.. it is amazing!!!!

The property was nice, strange location for where they have the main buffet restaurant. Not in the main hotel, you have to go outside the hotel, follow the roundabout around and there it is.. again.. strange

Buffet food was shocking. There was a rat underneath our table at one point. Really poor hot food for breakfast and dinner. Cold food was decent however.
