I came to the hotel on a weekend getaway with one of my best friends for girls pampering weekend, and it was more than we would have hoped for. The room and the amenities were incredible, the staff is beyond nice, and the cocktails at the bar are brilliant. They offered us a 'conference room' for us to work from on Monday. Brilliant!

The staff were super helpful and friendly, no matter the ask whether it was with recommendations, reservations or ordering taxis etc. The hotel itself was boutique, very clean and with great breakfast, pool area and location.

The staff are outstanding, so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Special mention for Joaquin. Lots of useful m recommendations. The bar is lovely and so is the Patio restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with lovely choices.

Staff were the most attentive we have ever encountered during a hotel stay. Location was amazing. Breakfast was superb with a variety of local choices and the heated pool/sauna/steamed room on the lower floor was so great.

Everyone in the hotel, front office ,bar,restaurant genuinely wanted to make our stay in their hotel an unforgettable experience and it was truly a great experience We highly recommend Gloria de Sant Jaume for the location, facilities (the spa is amazing ) food but most of all for the staff..Enjoy!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Daniel the charming manager welcomed us with a warm smile, delicious cocktails and took us on a tour of this amazing hotel, telling us all about its fascinating history. He suggested what to see and do in Majorca, how to get there and even offered to book the transport for us. The hotel interior is very beautiful and spotless throughout. We chose the deluxe room with spa access and our majestic, beautifully appointed room with its high ceilings and large windows that opened onto a narrow, ancient laneway was just beautiful. The large bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept like babies. The bathroom was equally as well appointed. The spa is divine! One of the best small hotel spa’s we’ve ever had. It is quite long and surrounded by ancient stone, with perfect lighting that made for a very relaxing time. It was too cold to enjoy the small rooftop pool but it looked very nice. The refined restaurant food was very good without being pretentious. The charming staff were personable but professional, and we really enjoyed the pianist. The inclusive breakfast was one the best we’ve had, with lots of great food and drink choices from an a la carte menu and not just the buffet. The hotel is very well located on a quiet ancient laneway, with most sites and loads of great restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. We couldn’t recommend the Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume and all it has to offer more highly. A big thanks to Daniel and all the staff for a perfect stay!

That I could not stay longer. Seriously, I hated to leave and can not wait to go back and visit. They staff made us feel like friends or family and I have no complaints about the hotel or staff.

The staff are absolutely the best. Every time I went by the front desk, I was met with a smile and asked if I could use anything. This was not just the manager but every employee. I have never felt so welcomed. I will never stay anywhere else while I am in Palma.

We loved our stay at Hotel Gloria de Sant Juame. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating of our baby. We particularly enjoyed the underground pool and spa area - just gorgeous. The room was beautiful and breakfast was so fresh and delicious. There were so many nice touches such as homemade biscuits and welcome drinks.

The only slight critique would be the single glazed windows are not very soundproof to the oustide but did not bother us as we were there for a City break.

The breakfast was exceptional with huge choice of buffet pastries and fruit as well as extensive cooked breakfat options. Tranquil and relaxing restaurant to have a leisurely breakfast.

I found the bed very firm, could feel buttons of mattress through the sheet. Pillows were synthetic and all rather firm even the soft option when requested.

Excellent location. Beautiful premises, lovely high ceilings and the underground pool was a delight. Bar area was really nice to sit and have a drink in and we enjoyed the breakfasts on the whole.
