We were there in May so the pool was so cold. It would be amazing if even the small kids pool was heated a bit as my baby couldn't handle the temp of the pools at all and he would have loved them.

Amazing hotel. Our favourite as a family so far. Loved the entertainment team. They brought so much life to the hotel. They were always so friendly and energetic and my son adored them all. The quality of the buffet was the best I have ever experienced. There was tonnes of choices everyday and food to suit everyone's needs. The rooms were very comfortable and the showers were amazing.

Amazing hotel, wide range of lovely food, lots of entertainment for the kids and great shows for adults after. All singers were brilliant. Great for kids with two playgrounds, arcade, kids pool with slides. Special thanks to the entertainment staff for kids, we will definitely be back!

The staff are absolutely amazing, especially the kids entertainers. The food was great with a varied selection each night. The evening meal service begins at 7 and the kids entertainment kicks off with balloon modelling or face painting from 8.15 so it's perfectly timed to keep the little ones happy. The rooms and facilities are very clean. Central location, handy to everything. I will definitely be booking again for next year.

We had 2 pillow cases with spots but personnel was fast to change them Rooms look like old View from Balcony: I know you can't move the Ac engines but yes the untidy things To use the safety box, you Need to ask the Key lock and the Key at reception and pay 4 euros for the service

I am very impressed with my stay here. For several years, I haven't found a perfect location that meets all the family's desires. Everything is meticulously planned, and the hotel's entertainment programs have kept us hooked from morning till evening. We didn't want to leave; the programs and events were fantastic. The kids could enjoy themselves all day, and the parents could have their own special time. The staff is lovely and always wears a great smile in all the facilities, from reception to the restaurant, entertainment, the children's section, and even the cleaning crew. The food is also excellent, diverse, and different every time, suitable for all tastes. My children are already requesting to book our next vacation at this hotel. It has been a wonderful experience for every member of my family.

Usual rush first thing in the morning with people trying to grab pool side sun beds ,

Just back from 7 nights in salou and here is an honest review of the golden Avenida Family suites Facilities is excellent, clean and extremely safe, all staffs priority is to make sure everyone including all the kids have the best time ever. We just had breakfast included and it was delicious, we had lunch some days at the pool and it was tasty also, The cleaning ladies are lovely and do an excellent job, leave them a 💶 or 2 and they really appreciate it. Entertainment at night was very good and my 4 year old enjoyed the day time and evening entertainment for the kids. P Will defo be returning next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating here

Outside of hotel needs painting etc. Looks great on inside but pool facilities,slides etc also need maintenance and updating. The main green slide in kiddies pool is unusable due to the strong water spray straight down the centre so kids were afraid to use it.

Not much to fault really except we found the cleaners start early in the mornings and make alot of noise talking and shouting to each other.

The hotel was very comfortable and relaxing, great location for the beach,shops and restaurants. Staff were excellent and very professional. Great to finally find a hotel where there is no problem with getting sunbeds. Snack bar had a good selection on menu at a descent price.
