Bathrobes are heavy, not cozy and soft. Sleepers are all one ( big) size. Would suggest make one pair smaller for women. Everything else is wonderful!

I had hoped to have a very relaxing holiday, reading by the pool most of the time. Unfortunately, I hadn't realised that the pool area (which is gorgeous) is right next to a busy main road. SO - relaxing by the pool was not possible for either of us. Many people used ear buds so they could listen to music or whatever to drown out the noise. We didn't have ours with us, and so we did far more sight-seeing than we intended! Not a major problem, of course, but it wasn't what I'd hoped for. I'm sure the noise wouldn't bother a lot of people. We'd still return to this hotel because it is a special place and well-located.

The hotel is beautiful. The view of the building from the pool area is just stunning - fabulous architecture. The staff were all wonderful - very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great room (DeLuxe) with sofa area. Exceptionally clean - pristine, in fact. Decent sized bath/shower room, also kept pristine. Our room was at the side of the hotel overlooking a side street - which we preferred as it was very quiet. A sea view room must be noisy when on the balcony, as it overlooks a very busy and noisy road. The roof terrace bar is excellent. The food in all 3 restaurants was very good - just a tad pricey though, especially the breakfasts @32Euros per person (we'd booked room only), so we went out for breakfast most days. There is a supermarket (plus coffee shops) within a 5 minute walk. The walk into the centre of Malaga from the hotel is only 10-15 minutes, so the location is pretty good.

Needs more sunbeds, when the hotel's full there aren't quite enough.

Lovely room and excellent bathroom. Fantastic breakfast. Great roof top bar overlooking the sea for a sundowner before dinner. Good service round the pool.

A proper 5 star hotel, not the usual 4 but calls itself 5. Great location. Colleagues where excellent and everyone acknowledged you in corridors and reception. Suite was excellent. Concierge managed to get us tickets into Alhambra.

the only thing that bothered me was there was no dressing table with a mirror to get ready, I had to stand in front of the mirror in the bathroom to do my hair and makeup, but this was the only thing.

Fantastic swimming pool, lovely Sisley spa. Comfortable room with good bed, charming staff well situated. Lots of terrific little restaurants on the beach nearby - bikes available.

Daytime restaurant- food was mediocre and the menu was limited - which is acceptable if the food and service are good.

The hotel its grounds and location are superb. The breakfast was superb - much better than the daytime exterior casual restaurant. Swimming pool and sitting area are also excellent.

The staff were phenomenal - so friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed the breakfast too - we sat out on the terrace and it was a lovely relaxing way to start the day.

The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was a huge selection of foods to choose from. The location was good (close to the beach) and the city centre was within walking distance.

The service at the terrace bar was terrible (not to be confused with the guys working the pool area). I was one of two tables in there for an early lunch, asked for the bill and after walking past my table twice and ten minutes, I had to go up and ask for the bill.

Grand building, rooms were spacious, nice pool area.
