I had a room with an excellent terrace, but it was located on the floor directly above the lobby and breakfast area. It was very noisy in the morning and evenings. I could hear people talking, laughing, dishes clanging etc. until the last night. Apparently they shut a door to the hallway that helped, but why didn’t they do that the first 6 days? The King mattress was lumpy, squeaked, and I could literally feel the springs and a large “valley” in the mattress.

Excellent location in the heart of the upscale Exiample District. Room was exceptionally clean. Large private terrace for relaxing and a lively green courtyard to breathe and relax after a day of walking.

Breakfast was wonderful. Made to order. On last day we had to leave before breakfast. Staff arranged for goodie bag of food. Orange juice, coffee, water, sandwiches, fruit, and snacks. A pleasant surprise.

It would be lovely if the hotel would have a gym.

The room was huge and the bed so comfy. We loved the location so close to all the shops and restaurants. It was lovely and quiet during the night. We could rest after a whole day walking and sightseeing. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Thank yo for the lovely birthday card and for the chocolate, it was such a lovely surprise. We had a nice time and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Water in room states it’s complementary however we were told at check out that there was a charge.

There is nothing to dislike

Everything was perfect. Lovely hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff. We had a suite large enough to accommodate three adults, with a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunny weather, very comfortable bed. The breakfast is very good but the best surprise for us was the warmth and kindness of Denisa, who served us the breakfast every day of our stay, waiting for us every morning with a fantastic energy and the warmest smile. Thank you!

Rugs seem a bit stained.

Great staff, from the receptionists to waitstaff to maid. Professional, helpful, and caring. Special touches like a glass of cava. Wonderful location. Terrific amenities. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Good size storage for clothes and shoes.

Our tv was only showing half the channels. We asked if this could be remedied and were told an engineer had been called but was never fixed by end of trip and no feedback given either. Bath towel wasn’t replaced on last day so had to use a face cloth before early morning flight 🫣

Beautiful hotel. Lovely touch with a glass of Cava on arrival and cases taken to room with early check in accommodated. The balcony overlooking the street was great and lovely neighbourhood too and even though rooftop bar was not open as out of season it was a great space to sit wait cracking views and a real sun trap.

Rooms were clean, spacious and modern and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool was closed and there was no gym area. Anyway they weren't so important. Everything else was perfect, and it is difficult to find what didn't worked.

The room was big with beautiful terrace we had a separate space for our daughter. Water was free to drink so was for coffee and tea. Breakfast was lovely, rich and various with tasty plates.

Everything was perfect. The acommodation looks exactly like the photos, the breakfast was amazing and served “a la carte” and the location really good to walk the main attractions by foot. We definitely recommend it and will be back soon
