The doors to the rooms were unbelievably loud and hard, like when someone closed another door on the same floor we felt our bed shake.

No soaking tub, breakfast, drinks at the bar were very expensive, but so was the suite, so I guess all relative. The pool was not a swimming pool but 70cm. , 28 " deep, to your knees pool. What a lark!! Over all the room and location was worth the price.

We liked a choice, glass of cava, water, tea,etc on arrival plus they brought us a welcome bottle of cava chilled after we checked in plus some candies. We had a deluxe suite which was very roomy wiith king bed, sofa, 2 chairs, desk, large closet storage space, 1 very small deck with 2 chairs and 1 side table, a larger deck with 2 chairs and 1 table, large bathroom with large sink and space for toiletries, 1 walk in shower with rain shower. But no tub. Had a safe deposit box. A small frig. but loaded with mini bar goods. We removed those items to put our H2O and wine into cool, then replaced them when we left. We liked the view from the roof top bar and restaurant.

Would be useful if you could use a room card to activate the security gate to the underground car park. The evening menu could be more extensive.

Modern, stylish and immaculate. The rooftop area is great with fantastic views. Special mention to the staff who were great especially Jose and Nacho in reception and Ainhoa on the rooftop bar. Hopefully we will be back!

Fantastic hotel within walking distance of the city,clean and modern throughout. Large room with a comfortable large bed, brilliant shower and good quality products. Gorgeous roof top area and although we didn't use the pool we enjoyed the bar area. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was great. Front of house staff were very good and helpful. Roof Terrace was very nice with lovely views. Room could have done with a kettle to make tea. Nespresso machines are terrible for making tea particularly when your partner likes coffee. Ordered eggs at breakfast but they were cold and not well cooked.

This hotel does everything right. Easy arrival by car & parking beneath the hotel (for a fee), the staff are warm & extremely professional, the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable with everything that you require and the location is great - just a short walk to the delights of the old town. I could not fault it - one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

great hotel . I had high expectations and it delivered. Great staff, really good room, very clean, quiet and spacious. Only improvement could be with the gym which could have a little more weights...but Technogym is very good equipment so everything was great.

Grasping at straws here, but the poached eggs arrived with hard yolks and the orange juice tasted like it had fizzy water added to it. That's literally all I can think of that I didn't like.

A warm welcome, an early check in (not expected), a huge room, an even bigger terrace than we thought we were getting. Clean. Quiet (and we were the floor directly under the rooftop bar!). Spacious Junior Suite. A truly perfect stay. Treat yourself - you won't regret it!

Can't think of any, except that it is awkward for room card no longer work sharply at your required check-out time at 12:00 noon (We back to the hotel for check-out at 12:03 noon)... though it is a good control measures but some buffer would obviously make it more human and showcase its hospitality...

Good location for our last stop in Spain, it is just 5 mins walk from the hotel to the Línea A Express station (i.e. Airport Express Bus) @ Alameda Principal - Norte
