The key was blocked on the day of departure from early morning (before the official departure time). I had to run to the reception to unlock it. It would be nice if the key was locked, as is the case everywhere else, after 11-12 a.m. and not during breakfast.

Very tasty breakfast and dinner. Always a large selection of fruits. Excellent friendly staff. There is a Russian-speaking employee Alex. Thanks to him for his help.

Having to pay deposit for towels…in cash. I don’t carry cash. It was great to have entertainment in the hotel, although it was hard to hear the singers sing with loud backing music.

The food can be very hit and miss, especially for fussy eaters. On some nights it was great with steak, burgers, chicken wings. But then on other nights it was a choice between rabbit or chicken curry. I would say the hotel needs to keep in mind what English prefer and for someone fussy, rabbit or chicken curry isn't much of a choice. The dessert selection was allways good so I won't make any complaints towards that. The breakfast was average but some items were very under cooked, including the sausage and scrambled egg. Your chefs need to cook these items for a little bit longer! My other issue with the hotel was the air con. This only seemed to be a heater and didn't work for cooking the room. In peak summer these rooms would be boiling as they have thick walls, floors and doors. Finally the lift situation is very frustrating. The hotel has about 400 rooms but only 2 lifts. There was some times we waited about 2 or 3 minutes for the lift. I understand it's not simple to just install an extra lift, but people please take note of this as it will become something you get fed up with , if on a high floor.

The hotel rooms were a fairly good size and the walk in shower was nice and big. The balcony was a good size with a nice view over looking the pool. The location was good. It was quiet at night time despite it being close to a main road. However in peak summer I imagine the noise would be abit more than when we went in April. The staff went above and beyond to help and nothing was an issue. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, beds made and rubbish cleared. The cleaners didn't knock on at early hours like some hotels which can be annoying. Finally the pool and sunbathing areas are great. Both downstairs and also on the rooftop terrace.

It can get quite noisy from the outside, and you hear the cars drive by. Especially when it has rain and the street is wet. The mattress was too hard to our liking. The air conditioning didn't maintain the set temperature (very hot nights).

Great location. The lobby is big and nice with a bar. The room size is good with a fridge.

This is an international hotel and caters for different countries tastes. On the days we had breakfast there were no tomatoes (tinned would have been okay) at breakfast.

Comfortable hotel with no children. Evening entertainment was really good as there wasn't much around locally, probably due to being at the start of the season? A good choice for evening meals.

There was nothing that we did not like at the H10 Vintage Salou.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were met with efficiency, friendliness and competence. Our first encounter was with Andres at reception. What a nice, friendly and helpful guy. We knew we had picked the right hotel for our visit to Salou. The hotel is well situated, approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach and the promenade. Our room, overlooking the pool, was bright, clean, spacious with a big bath/shower. Entertainment was laid on every night with some great bands/singers who got the guests boogeying and singing. The barstaff need mentioning at this point. Drinks were ordered and brought to the tables with great efficiency and professionalism by Joel, Jonathan, Daniel and David - masters of their trade. Breakfast was part of our package and it was great. A beautiful buffet served up every morning with a chef making omelettes and fried eggs on the spot. Whatever your favourite breakfast is, this breakfast buffet would suit your taste. All was kept in order by an efficient and smiling manager - Jordi. Great to meet a cheerful and genuine person first thing in the morning. All in all we had a very enjoyable visit to Salou with a great base in the H10 Vintage Salou.

I think there should be no smoking allowed on the terraces or balconies ,there was a person smoking cigars next door to us and it was awful. Very little vegetarian meals could have been a lot better and no coffee at dinner time .

Everything was nice inside and outside there was nice place for reading books too. the singers and the shows were good at night .

Breakfast wasnt cooked enough for my taste...i.e.bacon and sausage but thats just my opinion..great selection and plenty choice and overall it was very nice Loved the cakes Well definitely stay in H10s from now on if possible

The pool is not heated which is fine but just be mindful of this. Music at the pool area is too loud and super repetitive. Rooms are small but adequate and comfortable. Food quality wouldn’t be incredible for full-board options - selection is great but would prefer limited selection of higher-quality options rather than mostly bland huge spread. Hotel is beside a busy highway with lots of loud cars and bikes - beyond the hotel’s control though.

Exceptionally clean and to the standard of other H10 properties. Pool area is well maintained and the staff are fantastic.

Perhaps the breakfast, I think there were margarine punnets not proper butter. Have had much better fresh orange juice in Calpe. Still enjoyed however.

Very stylish hotel, great atmosphere when we arrived, candles all over on tables and around reception. Very stylish, beautiful flooring and ornaments. We were upgraded through booking com, had an enormous room with a fabulous shower and twin sinks. Location in a very nice area.

It’s not that I didn’t like anything but the room could have had a good deep cleaning before we got there . A lot of dust and patio door very dirty . I would have loved.,Tea facility’s in the room.
