The standard room we were in was very small. The pictures of the room on the website are a bit misleading, they make the room look bigger. I would use the hotel again, but I think I'd book the bigger suite, which isn't a lot more money. The bathroom design was poor, the tap on the bath and the shower location meant you couldn't avoid getting the floor soaked.

The hotel is very well situated, it was very clean and attractive. The staff were helpful and efficient. The balcony was very good as we had a corner room.

4th stay here and never disappoints. Super central location, immaculately clean and very friendly staff. We checked in early did all of the passport stuff and collected keys a couple of hours later once rooms cleaned. Great food choice for breakfast and pool area nice and chilled. Will be coming back next year.

There's nothing not to like

I've staid at The Helios before with friends but this time I was taking my very fussy sister ...it's a lovely spotlessly clean Hotel inside and outside ...the staff cant do enough for you , rooms are lovely beds are comfy , perfect location being next to jokers ...we were on the 6th floor slept with the doors wide open all night and we're not disturbed by any noise ...also a minute walk from the famous Benidorm market . 2 mins to the strip and a 3 or 4 minute walk from lavante beach ⛱️

Nothing to dislike

Great location. Even though you have a few bars around the hotel it wasn’t noisy, staff friendly. Spotlessly clean hotel and pool area one of the best I’ve seen for cleanliness. Plus could always get a sun lounger around the pool

Would prefer a double bed in the disabled room as well as a better height. I brought bed raisers to do the job.

Nothing.... everything was excellent.

Beautiful hotel, so clean and a brilliant location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived on my daughter's 30th birthday and we both received a drink of our choice. Lovely welcome note in our room. highly recommend.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in for a holiday to Benidorm. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. Facilities are excellent. We used the spa for a treatment and it was so reasonably priced. Breakfast at this hotel was out of this world! Fresh honeycomb and bottles of fizz all available included in the breakfast. The whole week was superb! The only place we will stay from now on in Benidorm ☀️

No kettle in the room but you can rent one for 20 euros and this is refundable

The breakfast was outstanding. Lovely hotel. Can't find fault apart from would have loved a kettle in the room. It was my partners birthday whilst we were there. A lovely card, macaroons and a bottle of fizz were left in the room on the day. We loved it so much, we've booked for Xmas.

On visiting a friends hotel room I no there was a bit of noise but your staff could of spoke a bit of English as I never new what he was saying to us that's my only problem

It was a great stay felt relaxed and worth the stay
