The only bad thing for us was internet connection. Unfortunately Wifi was terrible. It did not work in our room.

The café is comfortable and breakfast is good. Lunch is expensive for what it is. The pictures of the balconies are deceptive, they were really small in the rooms we had.

The room we were given had tree beds and not the one larger bed as promised; we then got an upgrade and that solved the problem nicely. The location was wonderful: right at the beach and a short walk to the antique town. Excellent price for value.

No hotel parking, but we could park next to it on the street (parking meter, coins only). Very uncomfortable pillows and beds, much too hard for us. Not possible to eat at their restaurant the whole day. Although it was half empty on the terrace and inside, we were told by the restaurant staff at around 1pm that all the tables were reserved, and for the whole day! But when we came back an hour later, and even in the evening, it was still half empty. Not sure why they are doing that but it left us a very bad impression.

Very good location, next to the beach, small stores and restaurants, but 30 minute walk to the castle and historic village. Our room on the 7th floor had a large sea view balcony with comfortable chairs and large mattress to rest (not sure about the other rooms).

Restaurant could have longer kitchen working hours. Bad smell from the pipes in bathroom.

Perfect location in more quite part of Peniscola, yet still close to the centre (30 min walk), next to to beach. You have everything you need around. Although hotel does not have it’s own parking places you can find it close to it - either private parking or just on the street (recomend to pay via app). Staff is very helpful and friendly, deliscious breakfest and restaurant dishes. Room was spacious with excelent view on the see and promenade.

There are new photos on this week and if we had seen photos of the buffet breakfasts we would have paid for them for the four mornings we were there...instead we found a very friendly breakfast place 5 mins along the road......(direction Benicarlo )

Fabulous location...in blue pay zone for parking.....free streets a few streets back.......Very clean room and modern bath room...think they all have walk in showers .. Ten euros for two sunbeds and parasol on lovely beach one minute walk away.......never crowded on beach which was good.. Lots of cafes and bars within a ten minute walk, beach shops,pharmacy and Spa shop too..... Great to have a small fridge in room..soap dispensers on sink and in shower, no shampoos, conditioners etc Good hairdryer ....

Restaurant menu only in Spanish and staff barely speaks in English so it took me sometime to translate all breakfast menu.

Clean and modern room with a beautiful view to the beach (basically hotel is almost on the beach). Restaurant serves nice breakfast.

This is the second time we travel here (2019 the first time). While they repainted the exterior, the interior would require improvements. The shower leaked significantly and had big limestone signs. The walls had signs of humidity. The window didn’t close fully - again as a sign of long usage. It clearly deteriorated in the past 2 years and it’s now showing the marks of time: needs some remodeling. I don’t think we’ll go back as unfortunately it left us a bit disappointed.

Very good location right at the beach. Pool and restaurant accessible for hotel clients. Great value for money: a very good option close to Peniscola center.

A review on Booking.com said free parking. I parked directly oustside the hotel and got a parking ticket the next day. I feel that reception should make guests aware that there is no free parking.

I liked everything about hotel Hey. The décor inside and outside of the rooms was stylish and relaxing. Our room had a big terrace overlooking the sea with a rockchair, a bed, and a sofa with a coffee table. It was very comfortable. The entire staff at reception and cafe were very friendly and helpful.

We booked apartment with the sea view and balcony on the top floor but got a room on the 1st floor above the restaurant. Nobody speaks English except one lady in reception. Awful food in the hotel restaurant. Hotel is old, looking completely different than here on booking.com

The hotel staff was perfunctory..the cafe staff is disinterested and not warm or welcoming..they don't know the basics of english..and are not interested in interpreting or helping..compared to the rest of catalunya, the people in the hotel were cold and aloof

I really appreciate that we could keep our luggage there after check out and there were also showers available so we could take a shower after spending all day at the beach. Is always nice to see when a business makes an effort for offering extra value without charging extra. Our stay was wonderful, the rooms very comfortable with a refrigerator (although it didn’t say in the description), the staff super friendly. Everything was great! The restaurant, the pool as well!
