Well I expected it to be more cleaned for the value of many. Beds arent comfortable at all! In case you are tall as me, 180cm than don’t expect to get rest haha The smell of the bathroom is also not something you could ignore, I guess it depended on the non isolated walls of the washroom area as it was glass wall… Breakfast - I ve expected spanish style - got tipical German breakfast and not many choices at all… Anyway expected much more for the price I ve paid.

Location was top! And it was directly next to the beach :)

Room was very small for a family of 3, this was not a big issue as we are not that fussy as its only a bedroom to sleep in. They had constuction work going on in the room above us which they started using a concrete breaker at 8am.

Location perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful Clean a tidy. The hotel was a lot better than we expected. Prime location to sea front and bars and resturants.

About room, we wanted double room and we get twin room with two single bads joined into a double bad that kept separating.

The gym is very small (max 2 people can workout comfortably at the same time) and there is no indoor pool.

perfect location for a beach holiday. The food was excellent, both breakfast as well as dinner. Everything was clean and the staff welcoming and friendly.

1) The elevator sometimes didn’t function.

The location is perfect because it’s very close to the airport and beach as well as very accessible in going to Palma Center by bus. The hotel staffs are very professional and service-oriented. They give 100% customer satisfaction. We would like to special mention Mr. Alex in the reception and Mr. Carlos in the restaurant for being so dedicated by their job!

Nothing to complain about, staff were very friendly and helpful, the wall paper behind reception was nt too easy on the eyes but not a big deal, I would certainly stay here again

We had an amazing sea view, great food plenty to choose from cooked breakfast, pastries continental and traditional mallorca food. Also dinner had great choices with chicken n fish cooked there n then. I also enjoyed the heated indoor pool. Very good location on the beach and buses on going straight into palma no 25 and the a2 straight to the airport

Nobody tell us that the tap water is nit drinkable and the hotel did not provide us by bottled water!

The 3x bed room was v small - 3x adults plus 3x small suitcases was a squeeze! There wasn’t much room around each bed to move around or get ready and there was a gap around the bathroom door so you could see in from the bed area.

The location was excellent - close to the airport, right by the beach. The decor was really lovely and the place is well looked after. The breakfast buffet was excellent - so many options and was very tasty! The bus stop into the old town was very close by, and there’s a supermarket super close too.

Front desk staff was not very pleasant to deal with.

The buffet wasn't great but it was okay. The front desk staff was not very pleasant. A bit standoffish but the bartenders were very nice and accommodating.

There are too many "normal" services, where the Hotel is asking money. For example: for towels the Hotel is asking 10 Euro deposit/towel. For the Safe in the Room, the Hotel is asking 3.5 Eur/day. Then is not possible to have a drink and charge it to the room number. Basically, you need always cash with you.

The Hotel is new and is offering a good infrastructure.

The housekeeping is not up to standard , they only do the beds and don’t clean the floors , the bathrooms and the balcony …they also open your room door at 8h30 every morning without knocking and check if you are sleeping or not , which we found very weird … the guy Joan at the reception sold us a parasailing activity and insisted we pay upfront , then when we went to do the activity the guy denied the booking and insisted we were wrong about the time and place and then refused to refund us 165 euros , back at the hotel , they also refused a refund and basically scammed us ….

Everything was lovely, however we opted for a partial sea view room, and the view was very minimal, next time we will upgrade to a full sea view room. We opted for a double bed and got two single beds pushed together, they moved during the day which was not helpful. These were the only two things, everything else was great.

The location was excellent it is right beside the beach, the hotel is clean and we had the half board, breakfast and dinner and the food was great. Food to suit everyone’s needs. The pool area was fantastic and the staff were helpful. Would definitely return.
