We liled everything

Everything. It was a wonderful vacation. It's in the center, close to everything you need, you have parking in the complex, the neighbors are very quiet, the wonderful pool, the host is the best guy in the word, he gave us a lot of important and useful informations about Tenerife. We will definitely return.

Great host, who helped us with check-in and check-out, gave us a hint on places to visit. The apartment itself is great - you have everything you need and I mean everything :) (umbrella for the beach, everything in the kitchen, hairdryer and other stuff) Great location - 5-7 minutes walk on beautiful pathway to the Playa de las Americas, the same time to restaurants. At the same time far enough from noisy hotels/bars. Beautiful territory and pool if you need one.

The mattress on the bed is a bit thin and hard

The apartment had everything you would need for an excellent holiday, I did like the idea of small items left for the ease and comfort of the next guests IE salt, pepper, oil, whilst I didn't use these, they were available. The location is brilliant for both the Golden mile and beaches, the supermarket across the road and has everything you need, in this little super market opposite,they bake fresh bread and put any filling into fresh Baguettes everyday at a very reasonable cost. The bed mattress was not the most comfortable I've slept in but it was ok. The road noise on occasions can be disturbing,whilst sleeping, only down side on the apartment there is no sun whatsoever on the outside balcony. I played Golf for two days and so did not spend a lot of time in the complex, the pool and surroundings are well maintained and easily accsesable Overall a very nice little apartment in a fantastic location.

Apartment could do with an upgrade however it was very comfortable and clean. Iron would need replaced as it was broken but again we did not let finke know this so i am sure if we had he would have sorted the problem.

Excellent location facilities where great and Finke who managed the property was brillant he even let us leave our luggage in the apartment until we had to go the airport.

Location was fabulous. Beside all amenities and shops very close to beach! Frankie the owner is so nice and helpful. Very easy checkin and check out process. The apartment had everything we needed. Washing powder, cleaning products, tea bags, towels. I will be back!

It’s a hot climate so would have appreciated slightly more efficient cooling fans for use at night.

location is well placed for easy access to great beaches, restaurants, retail area and nightlife. Finke who manages the flat is fab helpful. Lovely swimming pool

- Bed sheets were on the cheap side, with a high synthetic content. Made sleeping a very sweaty affair. - There was a problem with the water heating: in the mornings and late afternoons the hot water was cold (too cold to shower a toddler) and around early afternoon even the cold water was scalding hot. Once we found this problem and notified Finke, it was not fixed until we left, about a week after. Had a building maintenance guy come over, but no luck. This introduced more planning and less relaxation into our holiday. - The apartment complex looks older than other buildings in the area. - Minor nitpick: the pots and pan's bottoms were a bit bent, so not all of them worked with the ceramic stove. We thought about buying some new ones, but ended up eating more takeaway.

- Finke is a great guy! - The position of the apartment is spot on, close to the beach and also most of Adeje's iconic locations. However, it's not for the light sleeper: The bedroom's window is directly toward a fairly busy street. - Fairly close to several shops and decent restaurants, so there was no need for renting a car. - Internet connection was decent, If I remember correctly speedtest ran at around 10Mbps to mainland Spain. - Can't remember ever renting a place with such a well-stocked kitchen.
