Very rushy hotel-front square almost every morning (hotel goods delivery, sewer wasting cleaning) with our room on the front of that square.

Nice and not overcrowded location, free parking lot 5mins walk from hotel, good connection to Palma using public transport.

The breakfast has a very varied choice, a few items such as cheese and yoghurt could be improved in quality.

The smell from the treatment centre below was strong at times but I appreciate that you can’t change that.

Really enjoyed the location next to the sea and vibrant neighbourhood. Room had everything I needed. Breakfast was great.

But it lacked the promised bathroom amenities such as conditioner, shampoo, and shower gel. Instead, only a combined shampoo/shower gel was provided.

The hallways were a bit outdated but didn't affect my stay. The aircon wasn't great, it was cooler to open the balcony doors, but this then turned the aircon off.

Staff were super friendly. Location was excellent. I could hear the waves from my room and watched the sunrise from my bed. The breakfast was fabulous, wide selection every morning.

Definitely worth getting the 'sea view' room - the views are absolutely stunning from the balcony. Outdoor pool is great, breakfast is worth it, and the location is wonderful.

I could hear everything from the corridor and the room next to mine. The walls are very thin and it can be hard to sleep without earplugs. The conditions oi the room are pretty basic and I think the price should be lower. I stayed in really luxurious places in Mallorca for the same price. The room was overpriced.

The view was great. Breakfast was good too and the staff very helpful.

The water in the shower was barely flowing. It was impossible to wash. A bit worn out hotel and room. For the price of $1300 for 5 days it could have been better. When checking out the room, we chose a room for 2 adults - and it was called a double VIP luxury - upon arrival we had to pay an additional 35 euros per night per person.

The double bed is made out of two light single beds which are moving all the time - for 4 star hotel I think this is a weak point. It was also quite expensive comparing to our other stays in Mallorca, I don't think this hotel is that good value for this money.

The hotel is close to the beach, the room had nice sea view. The coffee, tea and water are provided.

Apart from the inside of the rooms, the lobby, the corridors of the hotel was old and neglected. The floor on the corridors was dirty. Definitely need a renovation. But the rooms and bathrooms are renovated and clean.

The staff at the reception, the location and reachability to the hotel and the view was AMAZING. the bed and the size of the room was decent.

The pool was not heated, and the room floor was not that clean even after the housekeeper serviced it.

The hotel was great in all aspects, EXCEPT the room 3302 which had a horrible design. Primarily the issue is that the bed is located next to the other rooms shower and piping, meaning that you will believe that you yourself are taking a shower with that noise level. It is my guess that all rooms ending with -02 have the same design fault after looking at the overall floor design of the hotel. It is the only room that looks like that. Also, the bed was the hardest and most uncomfortable. Luckily the staff were able to provide an extra mattress! Also, the hotel takes an extra fee for the sauna which I believe is a bad idea for customer satisfaction.
